I'll add my praise for HD/Buell of Utica. I Just purchased an XB12S from them and it was the best bike buying experience I have had (this will be my 5th bike). | ||

I'll add my praise for this dealership. Over the past almost twenty years, I have bought more than a few new Harley's from them. Most recently I bought an XB12X Ulysses from them this month. There must be some reason I keep going back to them. And they are not the closest HD dealer to where I live. Within 75 miles there are at least three other HD dealers to choose from.I'd recommend anyone thinking about an HD or Buell motorcycle to go talk with Steve, the General Manager, before they buy anywhere else. Also, Eric, their service manager will listen to what you have to say and work with you to get the results you are looking for. All at reasonable rates! | ||

I too have to say Utica HD/Buell bends over backwards to help you out, I just bought a new bike from them after 2 1/2 months of going in and out with questions. They never got tired of seeing me and always got me answers.It's nice to go into a dealership and have everybody greet you be name. | ||
