Anyone done this? can anyone lead me in the direction of info about it? I am pretty sure I have seen this done on a tuber before. |

I'll post a photo of an X1 swingarm on my S1 if need be. It's a pretty straight forward (if time consuming) swap. Aside from the swing arm, different parts are the fender, axle, adjusters, shock, front shock mount and swing arm mounting block. I understand that the stock shock mount can simply be relieved a bit for clearance. Good time to update the isolators if you haven't already done so. |

What are the advantages or disadvantage of the generation II swingarm. Is it stronger? More rigid? I know they're heavier. I've got a Frankenstein Buell [made up of parts like Frankenstein's monster] and I've got one of each swingarm. Which one should I use? KK |

the figure i heard was that the al one was 200% stiffer.. me i just like the look of al. and it dose have a better "stronger" rear axle adjuster design.. im currently putting one on my s2t. |
