Hellion sorry for not returning the call last night...too much phone activity around here last night. Spidey is coming into town today too.. Ok Guys I kinda took the bull by the horns...don't be upset at me please Cricket you have not chirped in in a while to update us on the Xmas party...and we need to have something arranged prior to the next meeting and for the newsletter so here it goes... I have made plenty of phone calls and some leg work to inquire about places to eat and hold our annual get together... I know some thought this was a " bad" choice and some thought It was a "good" choice..I went to the Fireside in Kenosha they can accomodate us and our group but they have a VERY expensive menu!!!!! Not to mention a lot of other places ask the same thing and for a money deposit per person !!! Not only that, we could only have a choice for 4 items on the menu and one choice of potato...No chicken wings and no burgers.LOL And to be able to CHOOSE off of the menu. Some may want to kind of dress up and I know others would like to stay casual. I did not want to have everyone spend a hefty $$$$. I thought of everyone who wanted to have a beer or have a cocktail or have cigarette for some was also in thought. And Keith, would like to keep "business" in Kenosha. Last year we had it at the Chancery..and we all ordered off of the menu and could do all of this..I did not arrange the same place but very similar too. So after finding all of information at may places and taking everyone into consideration...because I like you all so much. I arranged for 25 people (roughly) to attend Uke's Brag Club Christmas Party/Meeting Saturday, January 15th, 2005 Start at 5 PM for cocktails and 6 PM dinner untill whenever?????} Here's a link to the menu and prices http://www.foodspot.com/boathouse/menu.html If you click on the link at the end of the menu it will be able to give you more information and directions .. Nothing wrong with the Boathouse, we go there quite often & the food has always been good. And the fact its 2 blocks from my house helps  Plus in the summer they are very receptive to riders. | ||

Too cool Cosmo!!!! Congrats!! Tristan did not mind Jon and of course Kayla did not either..she likes him! LOL She had her friend there and I know she wanted to give HIM more attention. I had fun last night too at least the MOVIE made us ALL laugh we will have to do that more often. | ||

Took a ride today over to Hellion's a little nippy but I could handle it!!! Nice ride for a fall day. Nice furniture Hellion its all coming together. I am at home tonight finally just doin some chores now and kickin back a few brewskis and relaxing boy work is getting STRESSFUL. Well it sounds like everyone is happy with what I did so we can put it in the newsletter and discuss it at the next meeting!!! I saw you took the bike to work today TOM just noticed since I drive by your place daily to get my younger one from school!! I do not want to come to terms about putting the bike away yet..its a FUN thing to do and I have learned quite a few things this season...thanks to my friends!!And Hubby!! Happy ThanksGiving!! Hope you all have a great one with your families/friends!! | ||
