Welcome back to all who have been gone! I went for a short ride yesterday with A4TR and Braveangel, It was a little cold but not too cold to stop us.

Shred I hope you enjoyed your ride, I know it has been a while and I wish I would have seen badweb early in the day, I would have rode with you! If you plan on doing any more riding give me a call so I can join.

B_S, I am soo jealous of your camping trip, I am sure it was a great time. The scenery is great in those pics.

Too all that are interested. This spring I would really like to get away for a weekend and camp in the Blue Ridge. I would trailer my bike so I could bring more supplies for the weekend and would love to hit the TAIL and any other roads in the area. I have been thinking around the end of April, poss early May. Any takers post and we can start to plan now for a great adventure in the mountains!

Well I got to get ready, going to court this morning for my "Reckless Driving" award, cross your fingers and pray for me, I dont want to enter the "Off Season".}

Hey ya'll!
Got home last night just before dark.
Checked in with Shred, and went out for a ride.
Killer ride through one of our local loops. Stayed out a little later than I'd planned, but that's the way it usually goes.
Odie, I'll give you a call as soon as I get home this afternoon.
New12r, fingers crossed.
Camping this Spring sounds like a winner. So far, any date is good for me. I bet between the lot of us we'll have a killer time. We also have the March Badness Demo Ride in (I think) March. I can't wait! More fun than I should be allowed to have.

New12r...count me in. I LOVE camping! Just tell me when. I went for a short ride yesterday and it was a bit nippie. All was good except for my hands. Gotta get those T-max gloves. Good luck this afternoon.

Im back from my holiday travels.
Not like I went too far, but I had the old lady and the dogs so I did'nt have the bike!
Frustrating but necessary I guess.

New12r...A camping trip would be great!

When I last spoke with Lori she said she would like to attend meetings but has to work on Thursday's.
Would anyone be opposed to moving the meetings to Tuesday's at Wings Landing in Gwinnett?

I was thinking Tuesday to align with the Cycle Gear stunt night but if it does'nt work for B_S then back to the drawing board.
I guess we will just stick with Thursday unless anyone has any other ideas.

B_S: Forgot to tell you that I've changed my mind on the fly screen for now. I'd love to have the CF one but I can't figure out a way to mount it that'll look good.

Anyway, I've scrapped the XB9R ideas for now, not enough $$$ even though I found a white '03 in Kentucky w/ 1500 miles w/ Racekit for $5500. So I'll probably add the 515 Nallin and cams to my Blast over the winter. Thanks again.

I'd rather not meet at the dealership. We're just in the way.
Wings Landing has already said we're more than welcome to meet there. It's also easier to get to for a lot of us.
If you mean meeting at the Vortex, that's good for meeting and greeting, but to actualy get something done, it won't happen. Wings is quiet and not crowded.
I vote for Wings Landing. I think the day will be more of a headache to find than where to meet.

Glitch and A4TR ya'll are very welcome sorry it took so long. Black-sunshine I'll take care of it,I'll order them tuesday and should have them at the end of the week. Sato racing has a set of four for about 100 bucks. I think they're a little small if you go down. I've seen how much plastic rubs off. Cycle Gear is no longer doing the stunt show until spring. What about thurs. for the meeting . Meet at SMHD then go to Vortex? Just an idea!

So anyway, yesterday I went to court, I plead not guilty and got a new court date of Feb. 2 2005. So I got some time to work this out.

I wanted to do some photos of the bike and some stunting photos to compete with Shred in his avitar, took 36 pictures of wheelies, some good stoppies and just general hooliganisms, even a huge smokie burnout(the asphalt was damn near on fire when I rolled away). Took to the one hour photo lab and discovered that my bro never got the film loaded in the camera right and not one picture was taken! I was a little disapointed but I guess that means we will have to do it another day.

Well folks.....8 months and 8 CF pieces later and project "Carbon Fiber" is complete!
Thanks MacBuell for the hugger. It saved me some time.Let me know if you want it back. If not I will keep it for future use.

At least for now. I am sure I can find something else to do: Undertray, frame pucks, CF pizza box for New12r's brother.(self heating of course)


Glitch.....I should be getting my new rubber in 2 weeks. Maybe we can work out some shop time in the little house before I go to Pittsburgh for X-mas on the 22nd. I will have the tires, Drummer and rear hugger for installation by the FBPC (Formula Buell Pit Crew) !Thanks ahead of time. I owe you one.
