When I rode in this morning, I flew through Atlanta in the HOV. Even in the fog and rain the Buell is more fun than the cage any day,

B_S: I asked about tires @ SMHD/Buell earlier this week. The Scorpions are $94.57 and $114.97 + tax. Just curious so I asked if they could get the Diablos. They said they could get them through, I think, DRAG for $154.95 and $197.95 + tax (Too much). *** They also said that the Scorpions were to be Only used with the Villian wheels. *** Yes, this doesn't make any sense to me either, but this is what they have been told. Something about the bead area being different

From what I have found so far, the best prices are parts411. Front and rear Diablos for about $200 + shipping and the M1s were $3 less.

I have the Diablos and I love 'em. The villain wheels look great and I will be adding them to my bike some day. Probably not any time soon.

Do you know what the story is on the Scorpions?
The way they're listed in the book leads one to believe they only go with the City Cross. But, the reason they're listed that way is so if someone wants the OEM tire, it's a no brainer to match what goes with which.
And are the Z6 s worth a try?
Couldn't tell you, I've not tried them. I'm sure they're fine though, more tour than sport is what I've heard.

Shred's were XB12 wheels, there was a spot that didn't get painted, you could see the amber coating. Not sure if it's paint or powder coat, most likely paint.

I THINK the Corsa's are the "high performance" versions of the Diablo's.

The wheels are all the same!

Stone Mountain Sold, Mounted, Balanced and Installed the Scorpion Syncs for me!

They are skinnier than the Dunlops but only because the 207's and 208's are actually 190's.

STMD/B cannot be competitive on tires not bought by Harley Davidson. I asked if they could get the Diablo's and was told not to get them. Right now you can get the Scorpion's for cheap, about $40 off retail.

Glitch, keep me posted on times for sunday, I will have to run kinda early afternoon though, my bud called and is gonna cook out and wants us to come up, he never gives more than 2 days notice.

I also see SMHD getting more active with Buell, stocking a lot more replacement parts. Doing what they can on retail parts,tires,and apparel I like what I see and want more of it. cameron is taking great steps for Buell and Brag. Walking in little strip mall friday getting my new phone fixed.A few people and myself are watching by the glass wall closest to the sidewalk .Some guy on his ninja road up on the sidewalk 25 or so???

The wife and I were actually talking about coming up as she knows I want to come up and meet everyone plus we can get some Christmas shopping done.
