Don't worry about the cost. There's a place near the house that'll do a curiosity dyno pull for $30, if SMHD&Buell can't do it. All I have left for the tune up is the timing. I woke up feeling like 5hit yesterday so I decided to hit the snooze button when my alarm went off at oh god hundred in the morning. Next thing I know it was after 11 and my sorry @ss was still in bed! From the looks of the pics I am probably better off for it. I still have a nasty cough that I have not been able to shake from the cold wet ride home from the benefit. Sorry for taking so long to get on the puter but got dragged all to hell and back when I got home. To all that rode Sunday, thanks for making it so much fun, yes it was wet but that is fine. After drying out a little we got to kick it up a noch and hit it pretty hard. Like Mini said, the Highways finest was parked in a driveway hidden on 129 and we could not spot him so we went the other direction. Rodi, Mitchell did a nice standing second on the Duc!! I have tried that but before I can stand up the front end drops. Practice makes perfect. B_S, I think you can keep up just fine, you were riding where you wanted to be and had fun and that is all that matters, just remember you will be going faster as you ride more, those same corners seem to get bigger and easier to go faster through the more you go up. Tell Baron I said good ride as well and look forward to riding again. Silverbullet, thanks for the sticker! It looks good in its spot and I can show people that 3%ers rule. I look forward to riding with the X1-R again soon, it moved pretty well through the twisties. Fran_Dog, a pleasure to have you riding with us, I hope you had as much fun as the rest of us. It is great to have so many people riding Buells. Like B_S says, the stares and "what the hell is that thing" never get old. Helping with all the hurricane problems in fla. I have been in town but had no computer. I was working 7 days a week 12 hours a day. So I am a little lost on things that have going on. If anything important please let me know.
