Ah, that was you guys who passed me. I was at the Circle K in Wickenburg waiting for some friends and a horde of Buelligans with a mixture of Ducatis went around the corner. It was a very nice site and it sounded good. |

Bill I seen you parked there and thought you might be the one we were meeting in Wickenburg. I was the one on the orange S2 and you heard my bike drowning everyone else's out (Force pipe). We'll let you know when we head up that way again. Court, the Buffalo burgers in Prescott are really good!!! Stay away from the Buffalo pudding though It was a great ride with a minor problem with my S2's homemade catch can springing a leak, quickly fixed with water bottle and zip ties (thanks Chris) pics were taken and I'm sure they'll be posted. Still have a mystery coolant leak though???? |

Wycked, I'll be in Phoenix during the week, Tucson on the weekends. The ride to Superior/Globe/Salt cuts a good hour or two off the ride home. Carey, sounds like your flux capacitor had condensation build up from over fluxing. You should be careful working that S2 back into full riding form! Heck Ski...364 miles for you is just a drop in the bucket! Hope to see ya next weekend. |

Will be on the Mt. this Saturday for a short time with my girl on the back.... You all stay in touch and be safe... ME |

Bart is back in town, but just for tonight, I leave in the morning for Utah. Mikel, give me a call, and we'll get that clutch cable off for you. Thanks for letting me use it, sorry if you were unable to ride because I had the cable. We thought you would be down a little longer, eh? I might be available for a ride next weekend, I won't be getting back into town until late Thursday night or Friday. I'll keep an eye on the board... BBB |

No worries Bart, someone on another board mentioned a way to get the clutch useable so I figured I would try it out. I wouldn't try and ride aggressive but being easy on the clutch should be fine til I get enough $$$ for a new pack. Atleast it will get me to interviews. |

Wycked, the cable is in the storage with my old cable and the oil drain pan, etc. Make sure you grab the right cable, the other one is the broken one! Good luck with the clutch, I hope your fix works. My new cable will be in on Thursday, I'll get it on as soon as I get back. Hopefully I'll be ready to ride with someone if I don't have to work this weekend. (I may have to go to Mexico again) As far as doing HWY-191 again, I'd love to get in on that. In order for the Tucson crowd to also make it, perhaps we can head east to Globe, hook up with them, and then ride on to Morienci and up through 191 and then spend the night in Springerville. Get up Sunday and head back. I've done the whole route in one day from Phoenix, and it takes about 14 hours round trip. So doing it on the way up would save lots of time, and keep us going in the right direction. Going north up 191 is highly recommended because the road steadily climbs. Going south would give us MANY descending turns which do tend to be a bitch. Kick it around, I'll be back online when I can, until then, ride hard, ride free, and ride to lean... |

SHE LIVES! Its not pretty, and I don't think she is up for a run up the spars or Salt River but she is on the move again. The clutch still slips on hard acceleration but for just a basic commute, she will work until I can get a new clutch pack. I will post a pic of the shifter repair tomorrow sometime... |

Wycked, Hows the tranny? Not sticking in 4th anymore? Glad to hear you got it up and your back in the wind... and just for the folks that were harassing Brian, We managed to meet together for a birthday drink and a quick chat on Thursday before I left for Mexico. He's just a busy boy... You guys gotta pay attention, and make time to see your friends when you can, and shame when you can't... |

Hey, here I am... Took a cruise up the coast today to El Toro. Been a long time, almost 7 years, since I've seen the place. Boy it's gone to crap. They're using part of it for Cal State campus and the rest is, this hurts, RV storage. There's literally thousands of them lined up along the west flightline. Had a nice walk down memory lane and got rained on on the way home... I mean, to the barracks. Boy white lining sure is fun, and fast! We need to start a petition in AZ to make this change for the better! I'm looking forward to heading home this Friday for the Battletrax. Ski and Ethan are you coming Fri or Sat and are you crashing at my place? Just need to know so I can have the beds ready... You're more than welcome, you know that. If anyone else can make it you're still invited...love to have ya! If anyone comes out to SoCal in the next few weeks, give me a call. I'll get the route we took for the American Sport Bike BBQ run and we'll hit it! Hey B, Happy B-Day bud! Wycked, Congrats! Glad your steed is moving again, even if you're not carving yet, it must be a relief! |

Lane Splitting in Cali is also refered to whitelining as you can also zip down the edges of the lanes. Charlie not sure what my plans nor abilities to attend would be for this weekend. I have tightened the clutch adjustments as much as I canin an attempt to get a bit more life out of the clutch...haven't ridden it yet since the last adjustment but prior to that I got the motor to rev up to 4G from 3G with the previous adjustment so I hope to atleast get it to 4500. There just isn't any more adjustment I can do without having it not disengage. (Message edited by wyckedflesh on October 20, 2004) |

Charlie - I'm heading down Saturday morning, probably leaving Phx about 8 a.m. to get in around lunchtime. My dad's gonna join on his K1200LT. Gotta head home sometime after supper so I'll be in shape to take my wife & kids to church Sunday, but we plan to spend as much time on the ground as possible. |

LOL @ Brian! Whoever's coming, Just exit I-8 in Yuma @ 3E. Stands for 3East. Hang a left, go through 2 lights, then hang a right at Palo Verde. You'll see a street light all the way down at the end by Weinershitzel (mmmmm good). Just before that light, hang a right at Karla. I'm at the end of the cul de sac on the left. Rain Rain GO AWAY! It's rained non-stop for 3 days here at Pendelton. I liked it at first, being from Yuma and all, but I'm a little tired of getting wet! |

Well it was nice while it lasted...the clutch is now officially done. Got the running around done today that I needed but barely made it home. Not sure when I will be able to order the new clutch but I hope its damn soon. Charlie I thought you liked getting wet...or is there something about you and Liz your not telling and is that why she looks at me with Short Lust in her eyes when I am around |

Rain? is it raining in Phoenix also? It's been raining and snowing here in Park City, Utah since I got here. It's snowing big, fat, snowflakes right now. I hope it's clear enough in the morning for me to leave and head back to Phoenix. Wycked, sorry to hear the clutch finally gave up the ghost, So, are there any rides planned for this weekend? I'll have a clutch cable waiting for me when I get home, and I'll be ready to ride...

Wycked ... The amount of lust contained in my glances directly correlates to the height of the person at which I am peering. Hope that answers your question. |

Rain or shine? It rained here today and probably won't rain in Yuma again for another 3 years. It started last night and ended earlier today. Sun's out right now. This weekend it's supposed to reach a high of 79, winds up to 6 mph and it's supposed to be SUNNY. 0% chance of precip. |
