I skipped the football game for a wedding in ATL, but I am feeling like dawg 5hit so I am gonna skip that too, stay home and get all geeked out on tussin and listen to the stadium on my porch! But didn't get everything taken care of until late, so I'll be doing the install, and some testing tomorrow. It's the new LA exhaust by Odie. that's Lower Alabama And a new heat shield. Stay tuned for a review. So far looks real nice sitting next to the bike, bet it looks better on it! Looks loud! I left Steve's in not really knowing what would happen and it worked out super!! Like I said, we swapped bikes and I blew by him like he was standing still and he couldn't catch me at all. I wish there were more 9's around here but I've only ever seen one and he rides it like every other weekend cuz I can't catch up with him. Call me tomorrow after you ride it and let me know what you think. If nothing else, you will love the sound. I gained (especially at 3500 rpm and above)on my 12S so I'm a little curious what it will do on a 9. Again, I'm in the experimentation phase right now so we'll see what happens with yours. I think I've found the ticket for 12's though. Gonna dyno some things this winter for some hard numbers. I'm glad the hand off went well. Saved some cash and time! Call me tomorrow when you're done. I cannot believe how much difference that filter made. The bike runs smoother than ever and maybe its just me but seems to have a more responsive throttle. Now, if I can just get a pipe and some new tires I'll be set!!! Rodi...Do you have the race ECM or stock with your Latus? Glitch....When you change your tires do you take them off yourself? If so, would you be willing to help me do mine? I'm skeered i'll hurt her doing it myself. Plus I have no stand or proper tools. I'd hate to pay someone when I have friends that know how. Always nice to have new friends. Made Glitch Burgers on the grill last night. New12r, Sam12r, and Shred came over. Had a great time! Today, Shred came over and on went Odie's exhaust. This things sounds KILLER! More on how well it works this week as testing continues. So far... A bit heavier than the Race can. Louder than the Race can. Took the torque hole almost out. Looking forward to the dyno, to see the curve. Looks sharp, install no brainer. Sounds, sounds, hard to explain, more growl, yeah, more growl! Over all so far, I like it! So does Shred, bet Odie hears from Shred soon. Idle sounds MUCH better. Good job Odie! Heat shield... Nice job there as well, seals real good, nice install as well. Fit and finish are tops. New12r...Explain! Charlie is now riding around Lawrenceville making noise with my old Race can. Grinnin' ear to ear, I thought the top of his head was going to fall off! Road around local today, next weekend, mountain assault, got to see how this low end grunt is gonna take me out of the corners! Odie, from what I can tell so far, you done good, real good! I want the Diablos. The Governor told me about a place in Kennesaw that has them for $94 front and $145 rear. If you ride over they will remove old put on new and reinstall for $55. I need to get new ones as low of a cost as possible without compromising quality. Thats why I asked for your assistance. I'm green to say the least about the pipes. I think I might be the only stock can in the bunch. My sister told me about a road I would like to do a trip on on Sat or Sun real soon. We would go 75N to Dalton across Hwy52 all the way to Dahlonega back through Gainesville and home. I'm thinking several hundred miles. I still smile when I start mine everytime. That's good news that your tq hole has almost disappeared. I noticed the biggest pull from 3500 on up and it gets to redline quick! I just washed and waxed mine. I have to go to work in a few hours and I haven't rode my new 12 pipe yet so I'm eager to see what it's gonna do. It's the same as the pipe I built for Steve so everything should be great. The weekend kept me too busy. I sounds real good with dual outlets though. Keep me posted on how you think it performs and any problems you foresee. Tell Shred to drop me a line whenever, be more than happy to do some more work. I have a "Cheese Grater" I need to mod this week for someone. I found my idler wheel was hitting the exhaust outlet, not good but with a little help from a prybar I think I should be ok. It is my day off and I am going to make some more noise around town. I have to go slower now that the Piggies can hear me coming.
