Alright, I have taken some time and distributed fliers in these locations, Honda(duh), Chevy, Ford, Toyota, Pontiac/GMC, Isuzu, Dodge and the Matco truck that travels to many many many shops in the area. I got great response from everyone with the exception of the first guy at F#$%&d Over
Rebuilt Dodge, he was a F&%$#@G A--Hole! Luckily someone else overheard our conversation and was more than happy to spread our word. Anyway looks like it will be a slim night at the Tex, I wont be staying long but still want to come hang out.

I am out for the Ridge Run, I will be in Indiana, otherwise I would be all over that, I WANT TO GO SOOOOOOO BAD I CAN TASTE IT!!! Oh I need a rear tire first, darn it.

Tom E. is the Buell God at SMHD.

Clint knows his $hit too, he's the tech that came up the 2nd day for the demo's.
The other guys are good don't get me wrong but Tom is just better.

Michael only has Tom work on his bike too.
Even Travis posted- If Tom "The Swede" Erlandson is available he is my goto guy
on another thread.

LIKE I SAID, THE OTHER GUYS ARE GOOD TOM IS JUST BETTER.

Just haven't had my bike worked on except for the stator and TPS reset. So far I've not had any mystery problems to be solved, knock wood.

Tom is who did my scheduled maintenance and fixed my speedometer.

I'm not sure what he's done to Michael's bike but I think he looked at it recently if I remember correctly.

OK guys my water guy is a WERA racer and is going to sell me-
Dunlop D208 180/55/17
120/70/17
for $50
these aren't race take offs, they are off his street bike. They only have 1000 miles on them

He is going to bring them over tomorrow along with what race take offs he has. He has some front and rear tires.
He has a set of Michelin(sp?) slicks that saw one track day- do any of you fools want them???
He's also going to bring over some pirelli's as well- front and rear so if you guys want to swing by and see if you want any of them let me know.

Thanks everyone who has called, I'm impressed that a riding group can get such cool people together.
Michael is pretty drugged up, his mom spoke to him briefly this morning to just let him know he wasn't alone and we were on our way. Glitch and I are leaving as soon as he can escape from work.
The surgery went well and now it's all up to him. They did have to relocate his shoulder again in surgery but other than that is was just to put the rod back in his leg.

Gator told me quite the story about Michael's encounter and how it went down. I guess he did the best he could to avoid getting hit head-on or sliding under the car, he just didn't make it out of the drivers way in time.

Newr12 & Sam- thanks so much for hanging out last night. It really did help not waiting for word alone.

I will be riding to Rome Saturday. I am leaving my house at 9:30 if anyone wants to go. I am going to try and get some cool pics around Rome. Thought I would change the scenery a bit. It is not as twistie as hwy60, none the less should be fun. I have some friends there I would like to see. I might ride on Sunday as well. Let me know time a place you are meeting and I might join ya.
