Went for a ride yesterday up in the mountains.
Shat everywhere!
The roads were pretty much clean, but not as clean as we're used to.
Some really big trees down as well.
Saw New12r as we were both headed home.
While we were talking we saw some squids rippin' it up 60, or maybe they weren't squids, do squids drive cars?
Way dangerous driving, not staying in their lane.
For Shame.
Looks like Vinnie had a great time!
Think I may have you organize my next birthday.

I just recieved an e-mail from the guy that holds my contract. He's also the only one that can stand in for me on hloiday and the like.

I told him that's not the point, this is a big deal to me.
What's worse is all he's saying is he needs me to work, he won't tell me what's up. I may understand if I knew more.

I'm a private contractor.
Non Employee Worker
NEWs have to go by their contract or risk not getting one the next quarter.
My contract states that there will always be someone there to support Legal Connections.
That someone is me.
Lane holds the contract and I work for him.
He's the only other employee in our little company.
He's also the only one that has security clearance other than me.
Things were simpler before he went to work for the CDC.
Calling in sick does not happen, I've had to have all my surgeries scheduled far in advance.
I've been there for almost four years, I've never called in sick, it's not an option.
What would he do if you called in sick those days anyways?
He'd $hit a gold brick and he'd be rich, I on the other hand may lose my job, or miss my upcoming raise.

But remember everything happens for a reason, you may not see it now or ever even know what the reason was/is but there is a reason for everything!!!!

I'll be putting in a good word with the guy upstairs that maybe a slight electrical charge, not necessarily a lightning bolt but something strikes some sense into your boss.
