Jeff- Check the thread on the Quick Board here: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/406 2/744275.html?1405986634 Badwebber Pwnzor says he can't make it to the event so his room at Skyline may be available if you're interested. |

Hi Hugh We would be Happy to purchase his room for Friday and sat nights if it is available, any idea on how to contact him? If not it looks like the Bear Den for us, Alan what site are you at if we book the den I'll try to get close to your location. Thanks, Jeff |

Hey Jeff, I'm at C1 and have one other rider staying with me. The interactive map here, http://bear-den.com/campground-map.html , is pretty cool. You can click on the different sections and zoom to that section of the campground. C-1 is pretty centrally located in section C and it looks like they mix up the RV and regular sites. I did everything online, but chances are if you call them, might be easier to get something close as the list the website generates doesn't give the locations until after the reservation is made. No_Rice, you bring your leather? He's shipping them to me to bring to him. I know you said you and Glitch would be in late, but should we save you some dinner or just beer and munchies? (Message edited by Ulywife on July 23, 2014) |

Hi Boys, We are in the Den C-35 should be pretty close to C-1. We will be arriving early on Friday probably by about 7am but who knows. Look forward to meeting everyone. Hugh if you have any extra shirts I could use a med or large and John an XL. I know it is not likely. Thanks, Jeff |

No_Rice, you bring your leather? i debated on it, but finally decided i may only get one day of HARD down south riding this year, and that will be saturday! Plus i assumed you would have yours as well as(probably?) Glitch, and Barker. Last time i had a knee on the ground was the last time we rode together... its been to long. |

Early Saturday morning I will be heading toward the loop that Hugh outlined previously, coming from through Burnsville via 19E. I wouldn't mind riding w/ some of you guys if possible and would like to know if someone would give me a heads-up before reaching that point. If so please pm me and I will be happy to give you my cell #, it will be linked to my communication setup so I should get the call while riding. I do not want anyone waiting for me, just a heads-up will be good....it think I can catch up. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys. |

Woohoo! 1 day to go!!!! Sifo and Mary showed up late this afternoon (apparently one day early) and are ready to ride. Today, after waiting out the morning's rain, I rode down to Buelltours' place in Hendersonville (which may well be the central location for a future Buell meet) and he showed me some awesome roads in the area. Mike is going to have a cookout at the Skyline on Saturday night. Burgers, pulled pork BBQ, bratworst, corn on the cob, and fixings, served buffet style on the deck overlooking an awesome view. $10 for all you can eat. Cold beer (draft and bottles) and wine also available. See y'all tomorrow! |

Little packing left to do in the morning and I'll be on my way. Can't wait Jeff, I should be getting up to Bear's Den around noon. With any luck, they'll let me slip into my spot a little early. My neighbor will be coming up with his S3T later on. I'll be looking for you guys. Alan |

I guess I'm still recovering from a week of riding and the long drive back yesterday. Still need to download pics off Marianne's phone and my camera and post up. This was definitely the best and biggest "Buells in the Alps" by far. I figure we had at least 40 Buells on-site at one time or another on Saturday. We had attendees from Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee, and those are just the ones I know about. Randy from Real Performance Motorsports of Greenville, SC and the EBR test rides were a big hit- I didn't see one person get off one for those bikes that wasn't grinning ear-to-ear. I don't know if Randy made any immediate sales this weekend, but I know several people are seriously trying to figure out how to work an EBR purchase into their budget right now. Mike and the Skyline Village Inn were very accommodating, and kicking back on that third story deck in the evening after a great day of riding, a great meal and a couple of drinks and looking out over the mountains of North Carolina in the evening is an experience nobody should miss. Thanks to everyone that came, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. If you liked it, go ahead and plan on next year's event, July 24-26, 2015. Oh yea, if you want an event T-shirt and didn't get one, please let me know color (black on gray or white on black) and size. Cost depends on quantity, but the final cost for these worked out to about $12 each. When I have an idea of how many to order, I can work out details. I'll get those pics up eventually, I promise! If you're on Facebook, check the group "Badweather Bikers of Facebook" for photos from Mike at the Skyline and from RPM. |

Small correction, because facebook is particular about spacing. I really hate I missed this event. I was planning to come but had some family come in from out of town at the last minute. I'll make the next one! |
