Sorry, Didn't check in here yesterday before heading to the farm for some trialing. Gotta stay in shape and no riding 'round here cause the ground is sponge-ish. Congrats on your varsity selection! I hope the indoor range has improved since last time I was there; 2nd hand smoke is worse than errant 9 mil rounds. I'm back. Never made it past Greensboro.  Turns out 'Ole Nutsy isn't in riding shape. Couldn't take the 25mph headwind, rain and droning of the super slab. Turned back for Big Lick with a smile on my face. Been knocking out day rides since and getting ready for my trials class tomorrow. Hope to have a report up soon as I return. | ||

She's a user Nuts. I plan on killing the hell outta some paper and clay targets this year now that I can get around without having a myocardial infarction every time out. Not to worry, the furry animals are still safe around me (the two and four legged kind). I scored 400 rounds of ammo with it along with some other goodies. It's a 6.8 SPC so it's got a bit more gitty up and go than the .223, while still being oh so gentle on the shoulder. Next on the list is something along the lines of a .17HMR but then I'm not quite sure if the above safety statement will apply to the tree rats. I may not be able to resist giving them a bath with some celery, carrots, and rice. | ||

TC contender in 17mII. Portable and lethal for those finely stewed squacks. Must've gotten you membership back at RRRC or found a new spot. I ran across one yesterday off of Wades Gap called Six Gun club and Range. I'm headed south in the truck with the plonker in the bed for some trials torture. I'll try to keep the "hey, watch this" moments to a minimum.  NUTS | ||

Should've confirmed Sunday night. Anyhoo's the goods are sitting in the shop, when do you want them? I could bring 'em over but that dog of yours is likely to come through the front window and try to bark me into oblivion.  Charlie, I rode past the "North Star" yesterday and thought of the burger we had there; and then thought about running 43 up to Eagle Rock. I saw six cars on the Parkway between 220 and 43. Dismal 32mpg but it is fun to get the tail wagging on the dirt roads. NUTS | ||

Nuts, Don't put it outside even in a waterproof bag cause if it rains the lapping tool will likely rust from the humidity. I'm not in a huge rush at the moment since I'm waiting on some things to go through before I make my trip to the range. Have a safe trip Homey. | ||
