Looks like ya'll had a great ride. Wish I could've joined. I was biting my lip the whole weekend in San Diego. Drove through Downtown and saw someone's M2 and all I could think about was missing out on this trip. |

Yea Brian, you must be a Wuss. After getting over the shock of being back in this oven yesterday, I'm feeling great! You just need to work out more! I think the first weekend in September might be a good time to schedule the next springerville ride. |

Ha ha ha! Good 'ol Al! Hey, I noticed that Charlie and Elizabeth have not gotten home yet. Were they going to spend the night in Phoenix and then ride on to Yuma? I'm worried, it is really Friggin' hot down here, and that's a long way to ride in the heat... |

Hey all, got home this morning. Spent the night in Gila Bend of all places. Couldn't see all that well with my vader-visor. Worked out, though. I think we both ended up with more sleep than if we had continued home. Barely made it to work on time, and kind-of slept-walked through my day. We too, had a truly awesome time. It was great to see some again and to get to finally meet others. I can't wait for the next trip. Fortunately for us, we'll probably not be able to make another trip like this until the winter. Bart, you're right ... That ride home sucked - clear up until midnight when we got to Gila Bend. Good to hear everyone is home safe & I look forward to the next trip. THANKS!! edited by xb9grl on July 20, 2004 |

Brian, Waaaahh! We only put on like 700 miles this weekend. The only sore muscles I had was after I sprained my ankle walking back from dinner Saturday. Hey, what can I say, I'm better on two wheels than on my two feet. As for Al. I only steered him in the right direction.

Yeah it was really cool stumbling into the party It was nice meeting ya Ski, Murrea and Mable and it was interesting when the daze of 30 hours of driving wore off enough for me to recognize you Kobe. I made it back here at about 3:30am EST this morning. And while you guys were enjoying the ride I got to repack eveything by myself in that heat...damn near ended up in the ER from heat exhaustion. 3 bags of ice later and I was alright to head out. I need to plan a trip to San Diego for the future... |

Kobie, my odo read 829 when I finally got home. I'm just a wuss, but ready to do it again! I think I too may have helped Al in his search for the Italian Stallion! I sent Al the link to the Tuono gallery at the Aprilia website and told him where the local shop was in Tucson. Oooooooops. Kinda like givin' a crackhead a kilo of coke! Loki, I'll try to e-mail you later from work with some info on the Tucson area...I've been here now for 13 yrs and don't plan on movin anytime soon.

Cool, I don't have the gig in the bag as of yet. It does look promising though. The recruiter has three available positions and only one other body to fill them with. From my browsing; I think I could get to like the area. A few friends were stationed there and speak well of the locale. |

That would look really sweet without that big pipe up there. I wonder if there's anything one could do about that... |

Yeah, but you should heard the SOUNDS that come out of that really big pipe! Kobie's was SWEET! Not as angry as a Buell, like Bart's, but still very intoxicating. |
