Does anyone know of a good place to have a motorcycle seat built?

I am looking to provide the passenger (my loving wife) with a more plush riding experience on the Victory Hammer S. It is a cruiser, and even with the "touring" seat it still is lacking in comfort.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. I am located closer to the DE/PA line in Maryland.
