Sam, that was pretty impressive to see so many bikes on the lot Saturday. Where the hell do you guys normally hide them all? Speedy's race XB looks really nice. |

Hi All... Just a note to let you know that my 2000 X1 is for sale. Is probably one of the best one's ever made. All black with PM polished aluminum wheels. Has been dealer maintained and is ready to run cross country. This X1 hauls and has never been abused. No burnouts, no wheelies, no stoppies, etc. All upgrades were professionally installed and dyno tuned. Accessories include DSE Centerstand, Tank and Tail Bag, Spare Race ECM (new in box), Buell two up saddle and some extra parts. So if you or any of your friends are considering a bike, give me a call at 262-782-5163. This is a pre-sale announcement. The bike will be advertised in the MJS and other locations beginning next week. Details of the bike are in my profile. Price is $6,500 with accessories/spares and $6,000 without.

Don't Forget! Chapter Meeting tonight. Please those of you who are going to our July 28th Trackday bring your entry fee ($145.00). Also, Dave is attempting to get a few more tickets to the July 9th RT66 AMA GN races in Joliet. If you want to go bring a little extra cash for them. Because the race is on the same weekend as Nascar, the Grand National is an unprecedented SELL OUT. This will be your only chance to get a ticket IF Dave can pull this off, no promisses. See you tonight. Sam |

Mark, good to hear from you again...it's been a while. I plan on riding Midnight Tour this next Saturday. I wadded my Buell and will likely be riding a SV650. Let me know if you want to tag up, otherwise I'll probably see you somewhere in the sea of bikes during pre-ride staging festivities. |

Well NO ONE showed up from the Chapter for my Jam to Joliet, WIMPS!!! We left out of here with about 25 bikes, beautiful night, great ride! Dave Kiesow, Tim Farrow, and crew worked their butts off till about 9:00 getting the track ready to race on again after the mid-afternoon downpour, GN bikes got out for about 10 heats of test laps. THEN the racing Gods decided we weren't worthy and the skys opened up again. Had a very wet ride home but all in all it was a good time. Again I'd like to thank Dave, Tim, and the rest of the AMA guys for all their efforts to try and bring AMA GN racing back to Chicago. We'll do it again next year I hope. Sam |

Sorry to Sam and the rest of the ILH-D/Buell guys. Zac and I got rained out at the Tropicana 400 yesterday afternoon. Too bad the rain didn't end for the GN race next door. |
