I'll just tell by boss that it is a revolutionary new prosthetic leg I am working on. He'll never know the difference. Seriously though...You could either laminate the part of make a mold of it. I have a buddy that makes carbon Duck parts on the side. He wants to get with me and make some molds of the XB. He would be alot cheaper than trojan horse. That picture died a quick death and needs to rest in pieces Black Sunshine- Ummm..... I think I am partial to the XB12R but there are some things I need to check on before I go with the 12 over the 9 and I certainly won't be getting yellow, that's a girl color. I sold my yellow body on ebay for $360. That stuff is on there a lot. You could always change the color to whatever you wanted. Buell retail is 500$. One of my good buddies families has been in the fiberglass business for a long time. They have the facilities and equipment and with Black_sunshines expertise I think we may have something. It has the resin buildt in but requires special heating.... We have to toss it when it goes out of date and may become available..... Check with the proper people that we want to try making some stuff..
