Yup Dave not lifting anything on rt15. Because we wont be on 15. LOL seriously though not a long ride this year and it will be more subdued than years past ( still have plenty of curves and what not just not at the usual pace) From what I understand the date for all this is the 23rd and 24th. |

Sucks, that is the weekend my stepson, his girlfriend, and my grandson will be here, so I can't go. NOW, if it was the weekend before or after, I would be there. more than likely |

Perfect timing . . . we are about 15 days from off the charts gorgeous . . . I was thinking that this past weekend - met a friend in Newburgh on Sunday and was amazed just how little the leaves have changed just an hour south of Albany. Hell, I went 20 minutes north to see my brother and mom and noticed the same thing - I must just live in a weird pocket or something. Doon - Yeah, that Sunoco station at the bottom of 787 (used to be a Mobil, I think). You let me know what time - I can never keep that straight. I feel like we've met up around 6:00 or 6:30 in years past. Send me an email or text when we closer to firm up. |

This sucks...first year I'll miss it... I'm in my last two weeks of training for the Marine Corps Marathon on Halloween. I am running for the Fisher House charity organization. If you haven't heard of them, they provide housing at 18 military installations and 15 VA medical centers. The housing is provided free for family members of injured and sick military personnel so they can be close to loved ones in recovery from major injuries and illnesses. To date they have provided 3 million days of lodging to over 120,000 families. For more detail on Fisher House you can visit their web site at: www.fisherhouse.org I have a donation web page here: www.active.com/donate/fisherhouse2010mcm/jpbouchar d Please check it out and make what donations you can to support our troops! The money raised at this years marathon is going directly to the three new houses just completed at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center to support their new facility for brain trauma patients. Thanks everybody!!! Enjoy the ride and stay safe! |
