what up fools?

Ive been learking around and thought id post up. I miss hanging out with you guys. wends feel empty here. i have only seen one other buell in this state and that was 4hrs from my home, wasnt able to talk to him. Ive been talking to a bueller in MS and hope 2 meet up with him. Buell is still down, but its getting things done to it so hopefully it will be up by end of the month. Other than that things are going good. Just wish i could find some peeps to ride with around here, the bike scene isnt much around this place...

Nah, it was all good memories. Glad to hear you're still hanging around. I think Buells are going to get more and more rare until the new ones start rolling out. Ah Yes!!! 1190Rs. (Maybe not the first year, but definitely by the third)

You can come over to the dark side too!!!! Service is about the same really to me, but the phone makes up for the difference. Hey, I may not be able to ride in VA again for awhile. In talking to them about the inspection, Apparently I have to have a current one either from them or another state. NC don't inspect other state vehicles. So until I get my Illinois plates, I am staying out of Nazi land!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

david, you should be covered since you are on military orders. My inspection is out on my harley, but if i ride in VA and get pulled over i should have a few days to take care of it. i dont know the exact days..

oh, i dont know about anyone else, but i dont get on my bike so i can also talk on it...thats y i will never spend money to get a blue tooth enabled headset for my helmet. i dont want to deal people trying to call me when im riding, i get on my bike to get away from people...just my .02

That is a true statement about talking, but that is only one feature, I can us it to listen to my music and gps on my phone. I don't get out to the boonies like you all do, so I can still use the gps off of my phone.

so i fried another stator at 7k mi on the 1125. it lasted 1k mi longer than the first stator.
maybe i can get 5k out of the next one. it's all under warranty, so i can't bitch tooooo much. but geeez!, ya know?!?

but the 9 is back to a roadworthy status. ... well, sorta.
new rear tire/rim/rotor/pulley, brakes, and voltage regulator but i still gotta do the forks.

and all this just before the re-fueling outage on Surry Unit 1. 70 hour weeks are looming ahead like a big, dark could on a warm saturday morning ride.
thanks again dwight for riding thru pungo with me on your 6. it'll be a while until 'next time' for me

it's november again, so that can only mean one thing: passport run. Nov 1-20.
it's pretty easy, and it'll get ya 20 bucks credit, a callendar and i forget what else that they do ... state inspection?

it'll give me an excuse to bundle up and go for a quick scoot. I have only a few days off that i can do this passport run;

Im out for all most the entire month of November. I'll be in California and then South Korea the only week I expect to be home is the week of Thanksgiving. And I've already taken off the first 3 days of that week. That's all I got.

Just dropping in to see how everyone is doing. Getting ready to head overseas here. Finishing up pre-deployment leave this week and then back to work for a couple weeks then ship out.

Life has been pretty good down here just not a lot of time to ride. Found out last week when I get back I will have 2 baby Buellers waiting on me yep twins.

Finally got rid of the xb12ss I traded it for a UTV for the hunting camp.

Been drywalling the nursery this week man what a pain in the butt. Measuring cutting hanging mudding what a viscous cycle it is. Especially when the room is 13x20 with angled walls.

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the cooler temps.

Good Saturday morning, guys well i just got done running my first 10k today and man did I had a blast I am unsure about my time but i will let you know what i did it in. well i just had to tell someone, my last time i ran one personally was 52:19 i know i did better just cant wait to see what my actual time is take it easy guys and I hope everyone enjoys their halloween.

Hey folks... I'm still here, got a new job and told the shipyard to "kiss my ass". In a nutshell, they weren't going to support me going to school so I quit and now work at Auto Haus as a BMW mechanic. I love it NO MORE COMMUTING ! Hey, I'll admit it, I messed up. I ordered one of those Alien looking bikini screens with the headlights. There's no way this thing is going to fit on the Scg. I paid $35 total for the thing, if anyone is willing to part with just $20 I'll let you have it. Otherwise it'll be hanging on the wall of my shed as a night light!
