Hate to say it, but I'm out Even my girl was excited to go, and see the other weirdos who ride Buells haha (just playing yall). Plus still have to arrange welding of my muffler and such and can always get stuff welded for free by friends, but time shchedule rules out riding this weekend. Ya'll ride safe, I'll be there and at Homecoming next year. Have a cold one for me!
Well I will be riding 2 lanes with my gf on her blast from asheville NC. I have one non Buell friend meeting me over there on his CBR he will be riding in with 091125r (not sure if he roll called here looking foward to seeing you all
I have not posted until I knew for sure. As one of the chosen three that still had perfect attendance as of last years event I regretfully post that I can't make it this year. Every year I miss my wedding anniversary for this event but I can't miss taking my "baby girl" to collage for her first year. U.N.C. Hopefully I will be back next year. Everyone have fun and be safe. Really wish I could be there. Lot of fun memories.
Installed the new saddlebags yesterday, rode tested today. We're heading out in the morning. First stop at S & P then we'll be over to the campground. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
I'm gonna be a little later than expected. Some obligations and such got in the way today. Still have a little work to do in the am and prep the bike. Trying to make the dinner hour. Got to get some sleep now.
Got home about 3:45, ran Ohio 555 to 550 and so many other twisty State routes that I cant even remember the numbers. A perfect end to a great weekend of riding and camping and hanging out with some really fun people. Big Kudo's to Mark and his family again, what a first class bunch of people that put in an incredible amount of work so that we can eat like heathens and have a fun weekend. I CANT WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR!!!!!
my mind is turning... thinking about where to ride to next year...
Thanks to everyone that came and made this years event the best one yet....

An update on Roc_hed (Mike Crist) , my riding buddy that went down on sat. morning.
His multiple broken ribs are causing addtional back pain. Which is making it hard to breath. So he is getting the good pain meds!!
They repaired his spleen last night and are hoping it takes . He will remain in Morgantown for at least a week.
Wolfridgerider was nice enough store Mike's camping and riding gear. Mark if you could E-mail me your contact info , I will forward it to Mike's wife to arrange it's return. rayk36@comcast.net
@twintour - mark and I talked earlier... If it would be helpful, I am willing to meet Mark and pick up mike's stuff and bring it further east or even to Morgantown if we can make it happen soon enough. Just PM me and let me know what's easiest for you all.
@everyone - it was great to see you all again and great to meet all the new faces! I already had takers on chillin at the Basile ranch in Canaan Valley. NittanyXT, Greg and I are enjoying the mountain air and a few Yuenglings. The door is always open for Buellers, just give me a 15 minute heads up!
Leo and I made it to his place around noon. Off loaded camping gear and bikes and I headed to Canaan.
I am ready for next year! It just keeps getting better!
Mytripb and I got home safe and somewhat dry. Thanks to the WV crew we had a great time as always. Big thanks to Mark and his family everything was amazing (I wonder if I could get one of those BBQ smokers on my 3rd floor balcony???). Tell Jack and Judy sorry we missed 'em this year.

i just want to say thanks to everybody,i had a great time, ocbueller talked me into coming and i hope we can do it next year.Mark, thanks for all your hospitality and to your parents too for opening their home up for all of us to enjoy,i only wish i could have met them and thanked them personally.the food was incredible! maybe next time you can finally take a ride on my SV. maybe,i might have a Buell of my own next time, but at least i brought V-Twin this time, lol !
Oh man.....just crawling out from under my rock from where my view of this past weekend sucked. The fever and sinus made it impossible for me to get out of bed, let alone on a bike. I heard my wife telling people all weekend "he must be really sick, he is missing a Buell event". So true.
It is great to see you all had a great time, I knew that would happen. Sorry to hear about a couple of folks going down, hoping they have a speedy recovery.
