I think he is teaching a riding class. Cleaned up bike, today. Noticed wearbars on front tire. Oops. Corsa III? Pilot Powers? Pilot Pures? Corsa III's on rear still have a few miles remaining. I don't know if I want to mix brands. Competition Accessories has great deals on the Michelin sets, though. I'll see you tomorrow. |

Tony, Paul & Lars, Smokin' hot ride. Thanks! Did you miss the rain? Next time I vote that we put Lars on a Kymco scooter to see what he would do with that route. |

Terp, Nice meeting you today. The ride continued on in the same twisty fashion after you rolled out. We had the usual burger lunch at North Beach. After we split up, I saw the sky looking black and ominous to the north west directly over Columbia. I was on the throttle doing 80-90mph up rt 32 and ran right into it. I pulled under an over pass but the wind had the rain whipping sideways so it wasn't much dryer under there. I changed into my rain gear and waited the worst of it out.

K, Gave money to Lars for book. Hopefully he did not spend it on a Duc part. I think I can ride this weekend; however, I would love to head out to VA / WV for a long day trip. Any takers? |

Wish I could ride with y'all Saturday. I'm going to be in rural VA this weekend with my Uly, so if you're in the rural northern VA area and want to hit the road either Saturday morning or Sunday, let me know. I'll be in the little town of Rectortown, near the towns of Middleburg and Marshall, VA. I know some of the good roads around there, so I'm happy to lead. |

Lars, Excellent ride today. 11 people, that may be a Bowie record. I do have 2 questions for you. 1) What possesses you to follow pickup trucks? 2) Did you see my headlight today? |

That is a long lineup! Sorry I missed it. I had a ball taking the long way into northern VA after work on Friday, finding mostly dirt roads past some VERY nice farms and ranches with houses to match. Some big bucks out there, and I ain't talking about deer (thankfully). Forgot my camera. I'll do the same thing on the way back tomorrow - hope it doesn't rain... |

Lars & Paul, Enjoyed the ride, as usual. Great to see everyone. Kath, Thanks for the book. Shift and I can host a ride in MD/PA...most likely not until Aug 22nd. I know that is the weekend of the WV ride. We might miss Paul and a few others. A nice ride for those who stay in town. Lars & others...your thoughts??? |

Let's do it on Sunday so Rat can join us. Lars most of the bike is stock, it has the original Buell Race kit on it. The muffler was cleaned out the air box was cleaned out. Mountainstorm designed a oil catch for it which is pretty cool. The trans was blueprinted by some drag company. It makes my racing stripe Tame compared by torque , I've babied the racing stripe The Milly was rode good and hard. MountainStorm called it GOGETR I might get the same tag for it when I get it on the road. |

Next Saturday, Paul and I talked today, the Flat Track Race at Hagerstown is Saturday night. We can met up at Ft Washington, Get our bikes washed at their Open House, then take the scenic ride to Hagerstown. Those that do not want to go to the races can go back home from there. Sounds like a plan? Looks like I missed a good ride yesterday. |
