Jaxson, Your life would be a lot safer if you just stuck to shooting Bambi.......instead of somebody shooting you over some cleavage. Nuts, You wouldn't be speaking ill of the Orka Club would you? Orka's have been known to turn on their trainers just remember. |

Charlie, Its so hard control ones self when boobies are involved . Jeremiah Johnson "Ever get lonely for a woman"? Bearclaw "A full time night time woman? Pilgrim, a womans breast is the hardest rock the Almighty ever created and I can find no sign on it". Sage wisdom there fellas' |

All that sounds impressive..........but doesn't mean a damn thing when confronted with a baseball bat wielding woman wearing hair rollers |

I'm here Charlie! Been busy with ball and using what little spare time I have in the evenings to go reptile hunting. Season is over finally! We finished with a record of 11-3. Not too shabby I reckon but it would have been better if my girls wouldn't have given them away. Still waiting on the Gilas to drop eggs so I'm down there every 4 hours around the clock to see if they've laid yet. They are such loving mothers that if you leave the eggs in with them too long they'll eat them |

Is this what you were talking about Nuts? If so, look but don't touch unless you are near soap and water. The Tetrodotoxins in this tiny little fella' can shut your respiratory system down in a jiffy. Since the toxin is an alkaloid you need more than just water to remove it from your skin.

Hey, there's nothing better than a couple fresh eggs...over easy and a big slab of country ham....However it might take considerable more than 2 when your talking Gila M. eggs. 11 and 3 is a darn good recordespecially after the girls went awol on you(your coaching guidance) for a couple games. |

Charlie, That would be the most expensive breakfast you ever had. Lets say 2 eggs, 2 bucks for the ham and a dollar for a cup of coffee. Your bill would be roughly $4003.00 before tax . Believe it or not I am actually pissed about losing those 3 because they were freebies. We should have went undefeated or at the most dropped 1 but they didn't take it seriously. I've been invited to coach Junior Varsity next year as well as had an invitation to switch camps to South County so who knows what next year will bring. Just when I thought the ball career was over looks like I may be getting myself even deeper into it. |

Maybe I'll stick to chicken eggs. It's still a damn good record, one to be proud of. Working with your daughters has it's own satisfaction, be careful what you step in moving up. You may not have the control you enjoy where your at. |

This is very true Charlie. South City tends to let me get by with more stuff than most coaches . The JV thing is almost certainly not gonna happen because of the road trips they take. Being on a bus for 4 hours with 18 screaming teenagers is a scary thought. Maybe I should stick to my guns and head into retirement. |

Jaxson, The nice thing about retirement is you don't have to stay there. Just look at Bret Farve.Your only retired when you wanna be.Work should be fun.........and fun shouldn't be work. |

I'm around fella's. This work thing sure is taking its toll. I'm off today if you want to go fishing honky. I'll get the grass cut early and be ready to roll up to the minnow shop; whaddya say? Do a little catchin' while we catch up. Charlie, I keep seeing yamaha 490 smokers on craigslist and it makes me think about your monsters. NUTS |

Nuts, All this 9 to 5 stuff sucks doesn't it.Kinda messes up a guys play time. I've seen the adds on a few 490's, some look pretty good. But I'm just gonna stick with what I got.You get too many of these things and you lose the jingle in your pockets. I hope it is good weather up there, cause it's hotter than H here. |

Sorry I missed you Nuts. Woke up and saw that the skies were clear and the forecast was dry so I went for a bit of a ride. Since I was by myself I only did about 50 miles of city cruising. Never gets old staring in the storefront windows at a stoplight . We got Gila eggs boys! One more female to go and the wait is on. |

hello everyone, I am down the road near Bristol right off of I-81 and thought I would say howdy. I ride a Uly (used to have a Firebolt, see profile pic) and would love to meet up and ride with anyone on here if you ever come down to ride Shady Valley,TN (421) or if you ever ride Hwy58 or Hwy 16 down in this neck of the woods. I will try to keep an eye on this page and I am normally off on Thursdays and Sundays if anyone wants to get together and ride down here or I can ride up your way. |

Thanks Charlie! Right back at you my good man. Brad, I can honestly say I'll never make it over that way but if you ever find yourself close to Roanoke drop me an email the night before and we'll put something together. By the way, got any good spots to look for reptiles or amphibians where you're at? Always looking for a new place to harrass the wildlife |

Luvthemt's, I work in Kingsport, TN and the stream that runs behind the building is loaded with turtles, snakes and who knows what else. The turtles lie on a rock and soak up the sun. |

Oh I'd be all over him Charlie! You'd have to be ready to take the glory shot when I went for the pounce . I'm tired of finding the same ole' same every time I go out so the search begins for new hunting grounds. I have been searching the topo maps for Purgatory Mt. to see if your lead might pan out. |

it is easy to wade and connects to a river that is also wade worthy, unless we have a big rain. |

Just dandy Charlie. Having to stay inside until the sun is going down due to the high heat and UV. I did go for a nice ride from 12:30 to 3:30am this morning and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Barely a soul out and the high beam on the RoddyV is unbelievably bright. As I was cruising back in from Bent Mt. I passed a bank on 419. 84 degrees at 3:15 am. GEESH!! Got a new Gila coming this week to expand the collection and a pretty little Copperhead in quarantine waiting to go into the main reptile room. Whats happening down your ways my good man? What you doing up so late Nuts? You becoming a night owl like your ole' buddy? (Message edited by luvthemtorts on June 28, 2010) |

Working from 8a-8p leaves me in some kind of zombie/dinner/husband land and has me up until the mighty 10p. Up at the crack o'six a.m. and rolling all over again. I managed to go visit the new Triumph dealer and found a few new things for you to lust after. NUTS |

Glad to hear everyone is still kick'n.It's hotter than HH down here.Scary, I thought the mtn's would be cool in the early am. Nuts sorry to hear your gallivanting the countryside has taken a major hit. That's the kind of crap most of us put up with for 30+ before we could taste freedom of the road, now if we just had bladder control. Where is the Triumph Dealer, in Roanoke? When I was your age, they were the hot ticket. Jaxson, didn't know you keep the poisonous snakes in your reptarium. Those Copperheads are kinda sneaky little rascals. Were still doing the one race a month thing while my rider(son) is working hard on his PHD program. It has gotten him completely out of shape for handling the heat.Got him working out a little now and walking in the evenings some. But the school thing is extremely time consuming. I been putting in some time at a little bike shop nearby. Sat. I was balancing the carbs. on a Ural sidecar(Russian), see some strange stuff down here. The shop owner is not savvy enough yet to know what to turn away. |

Yes indeedy Charlie, I do not draw the line at just venomous lizards. Currently looking for a nice specimen of Crotalus Horridus (thats Timber Rattlesnake to you Nuts ) to add to the display. Really odd that in Va. we are allowed 5 Timbers yet the Canebrake is protected. The funny thing is they are both Horridus with no subspecies currently recognized. How bout helping me out with that Charlie? Come on up for a day or two and show me where the sightings were. And don't be ragging on the Urals. I've always liked them cause they look sorta nostalgic.
