well if you got a little but of time you wont be riding just take it back off and send it win if he gets it monday and you do 2 day express you will get it by the following monday at the latest.

yo the exhaust gave a almost 10hp gain and a 5tq gain man for the price you cannot beat that and man the sound it makes is mean and i just love it.

so I might get my torque back and gain some more hp. I am loving this. Can't wait to get it done.

Dwight, I will be taking it back off this Friday and sending it in hopefully. I am suppose to go TAD which is suppose the cover me, but that may get canx'd.

Nilly, is the oil in the 1125 shared with the transmission? If so the oil will be burnt by the engine and dirty from the clutch. It will look dark but depending on how many miles you put on it between oil changes is the key. I change oil in both bikes every 1000 miles. Probably not necessary on the Buell, but the Husky only holds 2 quarts total. Not a lot of reserve and it breaks oil down quickly. Motul full esther syn. Expensive but worth it. If shifting starts to get notchy you need to change the oil.

Phil no prob, we missed you however there is always the next ride.

yes, the crank case and gearbox share the same sump of 20/50. but it is the hydraulic side of the clutch that i am concerned about. i fear the diaphragm is getting chewed up by the corrosive hydraulic fluid and that is why it's dark and clouded.

it's frustrating that the newest and most expensive vehicle i own is giving me the most trouble.

Hey folks, if any of you are going to do the 9 gearing in a 12, be prepared to do a clutch upgrade. After 4000 miles the stock clutch is starting to slip from too much torque. Going to upgrade to a Barnett. dammit !

Nilly, yup. The last time that clutch was apart was when they put the 9 gearing in, however I don't think that is the problem. Clutches either work or they don't. If it wasn't done properly it would have shown up right away, not 4000 miles later. I think it is the clutch spring. It only slips when I power shift it in the upper rpm range. Not a lot but enough to notice.
