Jason and I saw you guys on the other side of 64...you were heading into Hampton as we were headed to SSHD. We got a late start, but were able to get the wooden nickels and the card. |

I was the only one coming back up 64 toward Hampton...we passed 2 heading west on 64 as we were heading east toward SSHD ourselves...probably the same 2 you guys passed. I didn't really get a good look at the lead bike, but the second was definitely a translucent red 12s. |

an early-ish meet up, on the peninsula side some where?
and then run down colonial parkway, across the ferry, and down hwy 10 for lunch at the VA diner.
proposed route is open to suggestions; it's just too nice out not to go and enjoy it! |

So since we all agree that a Poe's Pub run on Mothers Day is suicide.... Is the general consensus that Saturday evening is better? I know I'm a shuttle driver Saturday Morning, but after the heat of the day it might be nice to get out and ride a little bit.
(It's also safer then a pan of hot grits in your lap, which is what you get for hanging out with your buddies on Mothers Day!) |

I was going to wash (maybe even wax/polish) the Camaro and roll out to HRHD around 5pm or so to enter into the car show (if they've started them this year). If you're gonna be in that area, swing by.
If I don't get the car cleaned up, I will see if Mama will let me ride. I still have to figure out what I'm doing for her for Mother's Day...
Matt, can't do the 15th...I will be somewhere over the Pacific on my way to Korea when you guys are getting lost. |
