On sale this Saturday at Cycle Gear for one day only $199. Anybody in the group have first hand experience with these new & improved Q2's? Don't need tires immediately but likely before the middle of summer (my Pirelli Diablos have over 2700 miles to date & still look fine). Thinking of buying them and mounting them later unless they perform as bad as the OEM original Dunlaps that came on the bike when I bought it. The Pirelli's just felt better and better with time. Now I understand the Pirelli Diablo stock OEM tires are discontinued in favor of the Rosso's so I guess I'm going to have to try something new eventually.

Never tried the Dunlops, so can't help you out there. Check out motorcyclesuperstore.com
They have a lot of good deals and usually free shipping

We should have a good report on the Conti Motions that they have - all four of us going to Homecoming are running them. If we run out of tread XBSwede will be there to blame LOL. They are less than 160 shipped from Motorcyclesuperstore.

Thought about joining you guys. Infact, I have plenty of tread left on the tires of my 27 Ft Jamboree RV but I can't spare the time away or the gas cost. Besides rolling into home coming just wouldn't be the same

Nwforester, if you have noticed I have not bought my homecoming tires yet because I am still testing these for mileage. LOL

But now I feel the peer pressure to buy another set or two... Seriously they should last, I think.

Holy crap Adam -$79 delivered from motorcycle superstore for a Metzeler Racetec K2 Soft Rear Tire? -and it was the rear I was especially worried about anyway? (My front Diablo looks new and the Mgr. at Cycle Gear said it would out live the rear 2:1 usually). I'm going to try out one of these. I don't take as many weekly rides as most so these will likely last into next year & I'm not out anything for mounting/ballance since I have the equipment & I've been doing it my self since I was 16 yrs old.

Thanks again
Ken
