You're welcome! The travel folder should produce some good pictures of Buells in groups heading to HC! I think it should be mandatory to post pics if you coordinate a ride through the folder...hint, hint! I hope to meet you this year. If not your husband for sure. we will have wristbands that need to be signed for and picked up at Alpine Valley Resort to get into the dinner. We have everyone's name and the amount of dinners purchased. Please note that if you purchased tickets for yourself and others, EVERYONE must sign in. Not just the ticket purchaser. | ||

Hey folks, Vamps and I are in, should be booking flights in the next few weeks  . We have banquet tickets, now need to book Alpine Valley Resort. I know it's still early, but I haven't seen a program or schedule yet. Not having been to Homecoming before, I'm trying to get an idea of when to book accommodation for - From the wednesday or thursday? Is much planned for wednesday or thursday? Leave sunday or monday? Any thoughts or comments appreciated  cheers, chili | ||

Even though Harley Davidson has killed off the Buell line doesn't mean we Buellers will forget the best bikes ever made. Some of the our best recent memories include the Buell Homecoming events. While we wont have Buell's official support, we can still plan a fun event. We locals will be doing the majority of the work, but we still need help, and we need your patience. This isn't a full time job for us. We still have jobs and families that will come 1st before the planning of this event. Now that we have the Banquet and Host Hotel all lined up and ready, it' s time to start working on the other events for Homecoming 2010. Plans are under way for T-shirts and event stickers. We are planning on making maps for self guided local and not so local "twisty" rides. Maps will be available when you sign in for your event package at Alpine Valley. We will also try to post a link to those maps on this site. We're working on getting a tour of the new Erik Buell Racing's facility. a trackday, group photo at the East Troy Town Square. We have other irons in the fire, and the plan is to offer up enough to do without overwhelming the event with too much. We have to leave room for just hanging out together! Please check this site often as it will be updated as information becomes available. Also, make sure you read the side blocks here too as they also contain important info. Just curious, what is the room rate we're being quoted? I haven't read every post here, but I haven't found that yet. Seems folks have already started with the room splitting sub-topic, but not the actual rates (and no, I'm not splitting a room with any of ya... I don't think my wife and daughter would approve). The room rate is $70 for week nights and $80 for weekend nights. It is an additional $20 per person over 2. Of course, all of these rates are before taxes. Got my package from Alpine Valley today. | ||

What are the actual dates of Homecoming? I see 6/16 through 6/20 are officially listed, but then read above that 6/16 and 6/17 nothing is really going on because that's when people are arriving...Are the real dates then just 6/18 through 6/20? Al of a sudden, I'm not sure what dates to book. |
