I would ride out but friday moring me and my girl are rideing 2up heading to savannaha georgia and wont be back till late sunday,maybe ill have some pictures....sorry to hear about your knees have a speedy good recovery | ||

Just got an 09 CR couple weeks ago, and pretty new to tampa and ready to ride. I am not a sitting around kind, if someone is ready to lead, love to join, no ride to long for me, as long as I have the time. | ||

On a side note...X-Tech cycles in Winter Haven has a pretty nice unrestored X-1 that is for consignment sale...it is orange and appears completely original..it cranks and sounds good...if someone wants a piece of history...there it is. I don't have any pics, sorry....if anyone is interested call Jerry or Jessie at 863.299.4075. I would buy it if I hadn't just bought Jezebel. | ||

Are we meeting at HD/Buell of Lakeland? Regular time? (8:00AM) I'm calling a couple of friends that have never ridden with us to see if they will join in. Harry, I saw that X1 at X-techs, didn't realize it was for sale, looked good though. Don't know if you have been there, but Iron Eagle Cycles (Hwy 60 east) in Lake Wales had a custom Buell Blast chopper on consignment and a XB12R too. Brian | ||

The more the merrier Brian...I'm figuring the normal 8:00 am at the Harley shop....im ASSuming that we will still ride after Buell got cubed... I will anyway...in flippin DEFIANCE...if not for the love of the ride... Saw Lafayette today...he stopped by the shop...I loaded him up with all my leftover Blast parts...showed him my bike and we chewed the fat for a few minutes.. | ||

AverageJoe, Plop onto 275, then 4 and you should be fine. I don't leave my house in Riverview until 7, come over on back roads, and usually have enough time to fill up across the street, no problemo. Plus we'll probably gab a bit more over the recent South Park episode.   Mike | ||

Well, Lafayette has informed me I have been derelict in my duties as group photog, and not posted last months ride shots. Shoot, didn't see your post Joe's Wife. That's O.K. We'll welcome him next time. Shots of the day, video later if I can get music going right. These folks waved to me this morning at Rick's. Nice couple.  The crew for the day, Tim rolled in just after this shot. The Four Musketeers. Or is that Mouseketeers?        Throw my mug in there.  Now we have all four together. I want to have some social commentary about the closure of Buell, but I'm at a loss for words. This is one of the worst business decisions I know of, and can't comprehend what HD is thinking. These are truly unique and excellent cycles. Worthy of more than trash status as HD feels.  Excellent breakfast, and paid for by Harry. Many thanks Sir. Was delicious.   Our leader for the day, thank you Brian for a great ride. Nice tight sections with fast sweepers in between.  Harry picked up some dead cows. All spankin' new!  I'm sure he said to himself, I'm having a better time than those biker nuts. It's all in how you look at it.  Brian tested his new Shoei against the winds. He lost. Fortunately it's not too bad.   I hope it doesn't offend that I tweak and shift colors and play with the photos. I do like the originals, but colors and wash effects sometimes bring out the subject and focus the eye better.
