The Dinner will that Friday of the event schedule. We do not have the time nailed down yet. The concert will follow the dinner. We have another meeting at Alpine the end of this month. Those question will be answered then. Also when the dinner purchase cutoff deadline and the deadline for when room's must be reserved by. Hope that help's. | ||

For room reservations, call the Alpine Valley Resort at (800) 227-9395. Tell them the dates you are going to stay and that you are with the Buell Homecoming event to get the discounted rate. Room's are 70.00 for week days and 80.00 weekends. Partner up and save even more. | ||

Antelope Valley Buell and Lavin-Yurassov Racing have really step up to the plate and embraced the "Adopt and Elf" idea that was floated for the 2010 Homecoing by donating $1000 for the cause. The idea is to get the former BUELL employees into the Homecoming dinner for free so they can see exactly the awesome impacted they've made on many of us here by building the best bikes, hands down. It's one way to say "thanks" for your efforts and there are still people that appreciate what they've done. The ones attending will have different color wristbands and their names WILL be read aloud before the dinner starts. The logistics of this are being worked out by people that have access to the BUELL employee data base. We have had several people ask how to and many more that have contributed to this cause. If you're able and willing to help out, please do so! Make no mistake. EVERY penny that is donated to this cause will be used for this purpose alone. Treefrog: I'd bet you dollars to donuts that if you tell them that you'd be in good shape. All the places I have ever stayed they take a credit card number "in case". They never charge the card until you check in and all have clear cancellation notice provisions. Give Alpine Valley a call and ask. Most places charge you NOTHING if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead. In your case . . you'll know at least a month in advance. You should have $0 at risk. | ||

Tonight we officially locked in Alpine Valley Resort as the Host Hotel and Banquet Hall. The dinner will be Friday, June 18th. Rooms will be locked out for us until the end of March. Reserving a room requires a credit card to hold the room, but you won't be charged until the stay. Now for the "bad" news. What we have left on the shopping site is it for availability. Once the counter reads Zero, that's it. The banquet is sold out. No more seats are available. The hall is at it's legal capacity. With the 300 seats on Paypal, ones we received by personal check, and the "Adopt an Elf" seating (former BUELL employees that had their way paid by donations) we have reached the limit. You, of course, can still attend Homecoming. However, you won't be able to attend the dinner/concert. Keep that in mind. Buy now if you want to be involved. Thanks. | ||
