On a more serious note; I just took the last test for the last of my classes to get my degree at Georgia State. If you're so inclined, have a cold one to celebrate. I'm celebrating with an ice cold PBR. |

I posted a while back- I have a die cutter to make stickers with. Any ideas???? 3%'er stickers are already done. Lots of others already cut. Any fresh ideas? I can cut up to 36" wide and forever long.... |

Where is everyone? I agree, once a very active place has turned into a ghost town...
I think about ALL of you guys quite frequently. I enjoy the short time we spend together riding and wish we could do it more often. The nightly campfire talks are the greatest. Regardless of what happens with March Badness/Buelltoberfest I think we, THE 3%'ers, should still get together in at least the fall time frame. Lots of great folks and great food and beer and roads and rides and memories and great fires and great laughs and great everything...... |

I appreciate your thoughts Odie.
I think we should continue gathering in Suches in both the Spring and Fall.
Maybe we could get Erik to come ride with us again. I think he would enjoy just hanging out with the crew now that he is a free agent. |

Hey, are all of you in Atlanta, or are some of you closer to the north side? I would like to hang out with some other Buell riders, but there's not that many around here. If they are, they don't say much. I try to keep up with when ya'll ride but, so far I haven't been able to fit my schedule in. If anyone takes off toward the Suches, Ellijay area let me know. I try to ride more than I talk so it may take a little time to get to know me. |

Travis, Sorry to hear the bad news. Hope you find something quick. You'd think theirs several company's that need pro's like you 
With that being said, I hate to say but the Buffington house has been struggling for a while. It's going to get a bit worse for us before it gets better. But things will get better. Not just for us but for all the 3%ers thats going though hard times. The harder things get, the harder I'll work to get back on my feet.

It's a combination of things. Buell's cancellation of BRAG was the beginning of the end. Then people had kids or moved away or got laid off or sold their bikes or some combination thereof. The Buell brand died, so we haven't had much new blood lately. And it's winter so no one wants to ride anyway.  Maybe it'll pick up some again in the summer. |

I was going to back pedal on my intentions to ride because of the cold  but, sounds like we need to plan a cold weather ride sometime. There is a slight chance I may go back to work next week. If I don't get to work, I will definitely be willing to brave a little cold to meet and ride. |

Thursday it is! I'm hitting the dirt at Highland Park (http://www.highlandparkresort.com) on Friday as well for anyone who wants to join in. You can rent a dirt bike there if you don't have one. |

Happy ( late ) B. Day Matt. Wish I could have made it to the party.
I'm in for a ride Thursday. Work, thankfully, is still going but slow this time of year. I'll come down with a case of mountain fever for a day.
Dirt sounds fun. I can't make it this time but maybe in a few months and with any luck on my own bike. Speaking of that .. nice bike there DeadDuck.
Met a guy riding a Uly up at the hiker store last time I was up, he has a few other buells to and lives up in N. Ga .. I'll give him a ring and see if he want's to join us.
