Let me start off by saying that i am new to this site, and the buell community, but I love it so far! I have read enough on here to know that Mr. skinner,Zach,jammin jewels & other very involved buell enthusiasts speak highly of HCHD, so after 3 bad services from Sun HD(that is unfortunately the closets buell dealer to me) I decided to ride North and check them out! I must say that i was very impressed with the service department and the work they did on my xb12! It was nice to see that they took the time to do things that i assume every good service department should do ie: check for recall info and replace items/ wipe the bike down & give it back to the customer looking clean/ and most IMPORTANT make sure that ALL the bolts you have taken off the bike find their way back on & thightened!!!!!!! Wich are all things that Sun HD failed to do on my bike!! Sorry for the rant, but people should know about the bad service @ Sun HD, and the complete oppisite great service @ HCHD!! I Sincerly thank the service department at High country Harley Davidson! Milehig317
