Buelltoberfest is scheduled for the first weekend in October. Many of us are planning to arrive in Suches on Thursday. Once again, this is an Owner's Event, so there will be no freebies, no demos and no schedule of events. If you are interested in riding some great roads, meeting fellow BadWebbers or seeing friends you made last time you were in Suches, then plan to attend Buelltoberfest III! If you are interested in camping, check out www.twowheelsonly.com or if a cabins is more your style, check out www.suchescabinrentals.com. If you have any questions post it up here or you can drop Ulywife or Glitch a PM. Be sure to add your name to the roll call at the top of the thread! See you in Suches!! Kristi |

Pokinatcha - Buellers converge on the north GA mountains. Some camp, others rent cabins for the weekend. The "meeting place" is Two Wheels Only (T.W.O), www.twowheelsonly.com. Buellers will be rolling and and out of TWO all day. Those that camp usually have bonfires at night. Suches is located in a dry county, so bring in whatever you want to drink at night. The next town over sells beer. Hope this helps. If you need or want more info, just let us know. |

Christi, are you gonna be Blasting around the neighborhood?? I need to talk Sandy into bringing her Blast. I would bet she would be really up for a shopping trip to Helen with you! I will have the Journey bags mounted for her by then.(I hope her work schedule will fit) |

Vern - the plan is to take the Blast. I'm not sure how far I'll venture. It will mostly depend on my confidence level by then. Riding time is getting pretty limited around here with schedules and daylight. There are a couple of 3% ladies bringing their bikes and if nothing else we'll take short noob rides to the fire department! As for shopping, I can load the Suburban and we can really shop! Tell Sandy to pack her bags and come on! |

Are there rooms left at C3? if so how much for a bed for two? I was planning on camping and my girlfriend says she's fine with that but I'd like to see what the options are. Oh and we'll probably be showing up Wednesday afternoon. Ulywife, Ashley, my gf, might be interested in a noob ride. She just started riding this year. And even though she's a pretty good rider, I'm still worried about her on those crazy mountain roads. But I'm betting before she leaves she'll be wishing she had her bike to ride. Hopefully I can fit both my XB9S and her Blast in the back of the truck. |

Currently C3 Central is full. Of course, there are usually Badwebbers looking for people to share a cabin with. T.W.O. also has rooms at the lodge and a mobile home you can look into. My plan is to take the Blast and park it at T.W.O. I will take my Suburban to and from C3 Central each day and night. I don't want to ride in the dark nor do I want to attempt the driveway at C3 Central yet! |

Is the AT&T cellphone coverage any better? |

Unsure about AT&T, but last year I had much better reception than I had the year before. They say that they had put new towers up last year, so maybe AT&T will be better as well. |

Verizon is perfectly fine at TWO, as I carry verizon for my work. Last year my VZ worked great and the ATT sucked. |

I just posted this in the QB, but I am looking to possible run some of these routes on my KLR and wanted to know if anyone had any information on the Offroad sections of this map. I was thinking about doing a Uly/Dualsport tour this year.

Earlier this year I Uly'd the Cooper Creek Rd + Mulky Gap Rd section between routes 180 & 60. Very fun, not too bad at all. I was solo and wanted to stay within walking distance of T.W.O. I'd love to get with a group for some off road fun. My Uly off-road skills are not that good yet but if it is not a race, I'd like to tag along. |

That scale is way off and kind of hard to guess, but I think most of the area around the Cohutta Death March trail is all gravel and forest service roads in the Cohutta Wilderness area. Some of those roads between Hwy 60 and Hwy 52 are paved, some are tar and gravel, and some are gravel. You could spend a lot of time exploring that area if that is your goal. |

I appreciate the feedback Eaton_corners.... All are welcome to join in. As I stated earlier, I will be on the KLR650 this time out to Buelltoberfest and I am running some routes I took a few on last year that were all pavement, but one day during this trip out I plan on exploring some back roads and if anyone is up for it, those back roads will hopefully lead me to iron mountain and back. If anyone else has a better source for off road adventures in the TWO area I am all ears. |

Hey Mindi, As of right now I plan to be there Saturday and if possible, Friday. From looking at Slowrides map and reading His post, I'd say they should have no problem finding bears, deer, goats, moonshiners, and pot farmers. |

LOL! They forget, we live not too far from where "Deliverance" was filmed. There's still quite a few banjo pickers around these parts! The map is very interesting. I've lived here 20 years and the only thing I recognized was Dalton. |

Slowride, on a serious note, a lot of those green lines are hiking and biking trails. Your map looks as if it may have been made for that purpose. I do not know every road and trail in the area, but from what I've seen, google has some pretty good maps and you can even get a decent satellite view of most roads. If I had an adventure sport bike I would love to explore with ya'll, but nonetheless, happy exploring. |
