Dealer Meeting is End of the Month, Buell is being very tight lipped this year and does have something new, of that I'm sure. I hope that new wasn't the RR. Dave- On the RR, there is a HUGE amount of Buzz about Taylor and his performance on the RR last weekend, I'd suggest SOMEONE from the Latus race team get on Badweb and get engaged in the conversations. Any press Latus gets is good, and based on some of the questions I'm reading, Latus holds some of the real experts on the Buell machine these days. |

Well my 1125R turns 11 months old and I now have: My girl is now going in the garage for a while so I can tear her down for valve clearance check, spark plugs, oil change etc. Will see how long this baby takes to disassemble. |

Looks like you had a great ride. I had a crappy day, but it could have been worse. We'll see you when you get your bike fixed |

There has to be bigger news than that for 2010, 1125 ULY? |

"There has to be bigger news than that for 2010, 1125 ULY?" WHY? and yes there is the Blast is now offered as a table top. The XB's are running on 8 years with no real changes. The 1125R's are only on their third year. There is nothing wrong with them, they are competitive in the liter class and winning the 600 class. They are great. People just need to buy the damn bike ride the piss out of of and stop bitching because it works just the way it is. It seems that everyone who bitches re the ones that buy these bikes as garage ornaments or rides 10 minutes at a time. No wonder batteries die , plugs foul, etc. Look at Kawasaki or Yamaha. How many years do the you wit only changing the looks of its headlights and exhaust position. There is already everything available on the market to turn the bikes into what ever you want with the offerings of exhausts, bags, handlebars and now factory lowers for the 1125. I think it will be a while before Buell has the funds to R&D a new bike. until the 1125 sells like hot cakes i doubt it will happen. But hey at least they finally did something smart with that damn blast. IMO |

Keep in mind that there is still '09 inventory to move and to introduce something to stall sales at this time may not be a good thing. There is another dealer product showing in the winter that can bring out the newest bikes. Right now we have a good inventory to make deals. Some of the 2010 models have price increased. So lets get it on! |

My deposit is already down." -g I was just looking at the picture of this weeks ride and noticed something new on your swingarm, what does it say? Graham it says something that is Banned from this site. It's the name of the software I used to tune my bike "BDFFI-III Tuner". My bike is torn down now. I have about an hour into the tear down and my garage is too hot to work in for me. I will hopefully finish next weekend as long as I can valve cover gaskets. Hmmm.. I better look into it tomorrow. |

Hey, it started! Price just doubled! Michael, Welcome to the board! Good looking bike, but what is it with you guys and the SCG's???? May I recommend a set of Sliders for the rear and pucks for the front? Under $100 all in and with it in an off. Trust me... |

Alrighty guys, how's it going. I have to say that the trip to Cali was somewhat uneventful, but the area is nice. It truly is a shame I didn't get the chance to ride with you guys for the last couple years, but I've been a little busy. On the up-side, I live only about 15 minutes from Laguna Seca (or Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca for those of you who are picky about such things). Some of the roads around here are good, but I miss the Pacific Northwest roads. Let me know if any of you guys are heading down to the Monterey Bay anytime in the next 1.5 years and I'll see if I can break away from my studies to show you the local routes that don't suck, I'm sure I'll be finding some of them in the near future. Well, that's about all I can say for now, I'll keep checking in with you guys now and again to see how you are all doing. Your favorite Buell Rider on a Ducati... Jeremy |

Oh, I do, she recently got new shoes, and a nice chain, soon, hopefully some more fun in the form of a slipper clutch, maybe some more new clothes, I was thinking carbon fibre... News on a different direction, my wife is now going to try to go to the local motorcycle safety course, she is thinking about getting a bike now, woo hoo, I've infected another one with the bug. Now she just needs to learn to ride. |
