Day 1 - I took a long route to stay off the highway and ended up first in line for an accident just before Wetmore. The Flight for Life showed up and luckily no one was hurt according to the State Trooper I talked to.
Bishops Castle near Rye Colorado.
I got a little spirited coming over Wolf Creek pass and the State Trooper wanted to admire my bike. Or maybe I was speeding.

J2blue and some other Buellers are here and we will stay the night in Pagosa Springs and head to Gateway Colorado tomorrow. Frank |

Day 2, we left Pagosa Springs towards Durango. Jody and I split from the group so we could ride 550 and the rest took a longer route. We had a good day of riding with some great scenery. Bob's carbon fiber Uly
Jody's XB9S
Dave on his S3
Roger and his wife, two up on a X1.
Silvertown
About 40 miles South of Gateway we came upon this.
It looks like it blew a tire and did not know it until he hit the corner. You can barley see the tire marks on the road.
The rider was not around but I saw a truck with emergency flashers on that may had picked him up.
Tonight we will have awards and tomorrow head home. I will need the 10K service on the Uly when I get home. Frank |

It is good to be home. The final leg of the journey was a little rough. Lynn met us in Gateway riding all the way by herself (about 350 miles). She just got a new tire and they did not balance it so at 70 miles an hour it was vibrating. The title of the rally was the Ruthless Rally. Buellers eating after a long hard day riding.
I saw this bike pull up, the rider was not part of our group so imagine how he felt when he walked out to see about 6 Buells parked next to him.
The rally Tee Shirt.
Here are the awards Lynn and I won.
Saying goodbyes and heading out. The Denver folks went one way, the NM went another and Lynn, Jody and I headed yet another way home.
A static display in Montrose by the airport.
It is good to be home. |

Frank, great pics. It was nice seeing you guys again. I think for next year, I'll plan on going up to Colorado more and then we can also meet up in Red River for the regional rally. Cheers! CJR |

CJ, that would be great. Whatever you and Dave decide is good for me. If I get enough notice I will post it on the Buell web site and advertise it here better as well. Sorry to hear about your ticket.... Frank |
