Anyone go out to D&B today they had the factory reps in town with7 bikes to ride was actually kind of fun. I rode both the TreK and the Amazonia, latter of the two was the best. Weather is here lets go riding. Wouldn't mind hooking up with a couple boys on some Buells go for a little spin. Karl | ||

Greetings, I am a Buell rider from Portland (PBR), coming up to spokane for a wedding on friday the 16th. Thinking about taking a ride on sat. morning if i can hook up with a riding buddy or 2. Anyone interested, maybe have a good route for a 3 hour or so ride? Thanke for the reply karlsbad, unfortunately I missed it until now that Im at home. I did 1000 miles this weekend, hung around at shumate for a bit friday AM, seems like a cool place, nice waiting area... Got my buell hydration pack there, what a great giveaway! I took a little spin around the state line area, then i went out to nine mile falls (where i grew up) and rode around long lake. South bank road is pretty nice till the pavement ends. Gene Lewis | ||

Hey count me in set a meet time and date I will be there. After going over springdale pass my recomandation is to go north over flowery trail (Chewalah) Great ride roads are in good shape. Or go across Inchelium Ferry over the pass down to Wilbur not sure of the condition of Pass but who cares its a great ride. | ||

Josh hey I took a look at your map,you are missing some great roads, Meet downtown at the old Safeway (Lexus Soon) out Gov. way thru riverside out 7 mi. rd. much better then dronning out hwy 2 and up 231. Trust me on this one, plus no traffic and fewer enforcement types. | ||

Right now Sunday weather is looking iffy at best. 30% chance of rain most of the day. Monday is looking better from late morning into the afternoon, but as with everything in life that is subject to change. Karl feel free to post up a route or any changes to the one I posted. I like the ride planner on harley just because its easy to post links. Im going to do a little scouting tomorrow to find a link from this side of the reservation to 7 mile. I think there is one out there just have never riden it. Pete I'll give you a call in the morning to see if you and Janel want to tool around a little today and then hit the full ride on Monday. Looked for ya did not see anyone at the Falls, We did the Ford, We'll Pin It ride (Wellpinit) Had a snack at hunters wen't over Springdale pass, into Chewalah over Flowery trail then back into town nice little ride. Hey Karl, I finally got the 1125r all broke in and running smooth. It was an interesting transition going from a CBR600 to a V-twin Buell, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Next ride you have planned, let me know. My schedule is crazy but if there is a hole in it, I'd rather be in the cockpit. | ||

Hey Guys!! Well, I'm back from the sandbox and can't wait for spring/summer. Unfortunately I missed the whole riding season but i want to pick it up with gusto when the weather clears up. Also let me say that after starting this thread over a year ago it's freaking awesome to see all the Spokane area Buell crazies congregating in one area. I hope to get together with you guys for an awesome ride soon. Redhat - it was good to see you out there and so you could share in my misery. Hit us up when you get back! Whats up Spokanites!! Look forward to meeting some of y'allins this next riding season, unless some of you still have your bikes out like me on a almost weekly basis. I have an 08 12R in Midnight black, and have a coworker (not sure if he is a member here) who has an 06 City-X. I also work with another bueller who goes by RumbleBumble on pnw. Also on a 12R I thinkin an "07". I would like to suggest a possible run to Levenworth for our own version of east meets west. Ya can't beat a good ride and braughtworst.  . Course,,, a few weekend rides in the area is always a good thing.. Mt. spokane I guess is done being worked on,, would be fun. Jimmy- Check out Lone Wolf in Post falls. If you need to trailer it over there Im pretty sure you can borrow Petes trailer. He's working mids at the moment but if need be I can check with Janele. |
