Looks pretty damn good there Smurfette! Just need a bit of blue elsewhere to tie it all in, like you've already planned. How did they balance out, and are the stems holding well? |

Sorry J, the blue on that bike just does not do it justice, guess I am just partial to Red.

stems are holding well..in fact we are suppose to actually NOT use the top rubber piece....so that will get removed once i replace the tires....front wheel needed no weights...rear need an ounce. |

J, check this out, you might like it. Its all paint, no vinyl or stickers. You could pick up the whole thing with screen and tank for $900. That's a bargain. I like the scheme, something to consider. You'll have to copy and paste the link to make it work. http://www.flickr.com/photos/31273899@N03/2928618254/ |

Love the Swedish National Colors paint scheme (blue and yellow). Anyone heading to Sportbike Northwest this year? http://www.soundrider.com/sbnw/FAQ.htm Chris |

hey Mike how do you feel about patches in the drive tire over a tiny hole, found on in my tire after pulling it out yesterday. |

Chad, for normal riding it wouldn't bother me a bit. If you use a mushroom type plug and a patch on the inside, I think you would be more than ok. If you need help mounting or dismounting the tire let me know. |

I know that the hole is only a pin width, never seen a plug that small, but a flat patch should work, with glue pushed into the opening. You have seen the way I ride, with some canyon riding, no racing with most being the commute to boise, also when could we do the dismount and mounting? |

Chad, I have family in town today until Wed. So, it would have to be at least Friday until I could do it. If you really need it sooner we could work something out. It should only take a few minutes to pull, the tire and get it remounted. Chris, I think the only thing I'll be doing this year will be trackdays. Are you going to SBNW? Should be quite a good time. |

Mike, I can take the wheel off at any time, its just sitting there, waiting for me to get to it, would have been nice today, but laid up for the day. Next weekend or any time would work for me. thanks for the offer |

Not a problem. Let me know when you want to tackle it, I'm sure I can squeeze it in. |

Yes Coturi I will be going to SBNW. My parents live just west of Portland so I may be able to kill two birds with one rock. I lived for a while in Parkdale Oregon and there are some amazing roads in that area. I am looking forward to riding the Buell a lot this year, everytime I ride my dirtbike I end up hurting myself (I damn near broke my leg yesterday and will walk with a limp for a few weeks). |

Does anyone have a chain tool I could borrow? I need to put on a new chain, and rivet master link. If not, I'll have to hunt one down. |

I know how you feel. I went to work, after being off for a while, and shoveled and wheelbarrowed 10 yards of dirt today. I feel like a truck hit me. After just a couple of weeks I got soft. |

Happy Freaking Birthday!!! You old fart. Your girlyfriend is working overtime with Valentine's day and your Bday together. Not to mention just putting up with you on a daily basis, she must be tough. |

Hey J, I'm done with the tool. It worked great, I think. Never put a master link together, hopefully it doesn't break and cut off my leg. Let me know if you want me to drop it by or what. Tell him thank you for letting me use it. |
