Mobbers... and anyone else who shows to the BRAG meeting posted by Thunder... (Jan 15th) There will be a drawing sponsored by us (all of my personalities)... for a certificate for a pie from Tippin's. (no shit!) Anyone who shows to the BRAG meeting can win (except me). No contest... just a drawing at some point during the meeting to allow for late arrivals. Should I not make it... I will ask Thunder or Kcbill to conduct the drawing... and the certificate can be mailed or held until I see the winner. Why am I doing this? I AM JUST A NICE GUY! Every Christmas a defense attorney gives a pie certificate to all of us in the office. Between my clothing shrinking as I get older... and the early stages of diabetes rearing it's ugly head... I just can't take that much sugar... particularly during the holidays. So... make the meeting... possibly win a pie!  | ||

OOPS! Now I have gone and gotten myself in trouble... Don't anyone be shocked!!! I have NO intention of giving away my underwear... and I will not confess to boxer, brief, or commando! THOSE ARE THE ONLY THREE OPTIONS I CHOOSE FROM... thank you very much!!! Candidly... I was hoping for more participation in the guess what is wrong with Richie's bike... thanks to those who participated! NOW... about the BRAG meetings... and responding to requests from Thunder on when the meetings will be held... COME ON... DON"T BE SHY... post so we don't give Thunder a complex next time! Speak up... AND... let's see how many will tread out in this nasty weather to the BRAG meeting... Hey... a pie is up for grabs... What more do I need to do? I ain't gonna put up my XB in a drawing... and if I did... I can guarantee I would win that drawing!!! Now let's have some input about the club artwork. I can't be the only one with ideas (no matter how stupid they may be). We need some cool artwork... which is in progress... and something great for a tat, patch or t-shirt. Let S1lightning have some input... I bet he has been busting tail... I know I can hardly wait until that logo/patch project is done. THEN... after that maybe we can work up to the club sponsoring a ride to benefit the greyhound adoption kennel. Some pretty cool dogs... I am not into racing... nor do I gamble... (that is for rich people)... but maybe we could go out and watch them race as a get together... and think about helping the adoption kennel. They are cool to watch run... and see them take the turns.... hmmmmmm sounds familiar... go fast... speed through turns... see a parallel connection??? Sharon works hard to find them homes... but the budget is tight for more than minimal extras to improve the "orphanage"... I think it would be cool to organize a ride to help... and t-shirts with the Mob logo on it... would be an idea. I started to ask if I was stupid... Hey Guys! Sam and I have discussed on several occasions where we think everyone should go this year instead of Arkansas. (nothing personal against Ark, just want to see different place, we did deals gap the previous year) The two ideas that were really seriously discussed were the UP of Michigan and Colorado. It seems that Buell is doing a Colorado tour this year. Storming the Skyway Sept 16-18 Durango CO It is a little further South and West of where Sam and I were discussing, but What do you guys think? Sam and I were discussing the Estes Park area near Denver. We thought that travel to and from Denver was a reasonably distance from KC. Durango, CO will add another 6 hours travel each way. Doesn't really matter to me as I will trailer for both trips. Just want to get the rest of you guys opinion? Keith | ||

Colorado in September that should be a warm ride? I hope they all have heated riding gear and snow tires for those patches that start showing up in the higher altitudes. I might be wrong about the weather that time of year but you would think that with snow falling in the higher altitudes much earlier that September would be kind of a chance for bad weather. edited by S2scott on January 08, 2004 | ||
