Sanchez, you keep rubbin elbows with us celebrities you may end up one! Bike is still down, no money to fix it but the part is in a very capable machinists hands who I bet could not make me one. Travis, keep me posted. |

> How did the date go? Quite well, I thought. I turned out to be her first date after a long time off, though. I didn't pry into the details, but it seems like she got out of a serious relationship last year. That would make me a rebound, so I'm sure it will all end in tears. > Sanchez, you keep rubbin elbows with us celebrities you may end up one! I've seen all kinds of celebrities lately. As it turns out, I get my hair cut at the same place as Jeff Foxworthy. I saw him in there Friday, but I didn't say anything to him. All I could think of to say was, "Hey, you're almost as funny as Ron White," and I didn't think he'd appreciate that. > no money to fix it What is it that broke again? Something in the throttle body? Do you have to buy a whole new TB, or does HD sell the part? |

Have to buy a whole new T body @ $500 if I go through Buell/Dealer. Used is closer to the budget but 0 does not buy much these days. I called Buell customer service and got the finger. All I asked is that they get me the PART that broke and I would gladly pay for it. She told me they were under contract with the manufacturer and could not get just the part. SOOO, Hopefully soon I will have the part to fix my bike. Casey's dad is a machinist and is redesigning it for me. Hell I bought a used fuel pump for my truck so we could have 2 working vehicles again and it turns out I got the wrong one(they cant find me the right one, common failure) and I cant get my money back for 10 days after they decide to come pick the pump back up(they did not show up yesterday like they said). So I have a huge bowl of LEMONADE if anyone would like some. It is a little bitter though. Things are looking up, just still wiping the crap from my eyes. |

Thanks yall. Today is a wipeout, I am buried in a crap intake manifold job that even Nissan does not have instructions for. I should have just pulled the motor and I would have been done by now. My day is good though, had breakfast made for me, just got done chowing down on the lunch Sam fixed for me too. MMMMM food made with love, my favorite. |

Odie, HB was over the house a week ago, he and the family are doing good. Good luck Charlie! Get my text today? Driving back down to Mobile, Alabama tomorrow. Should be a nice 20 hr day, leaving at 4am and should be home by 10pm if all things go well. After having to eat a 3000 dollar mistake "long story" Plans suck, architects can't make up there mind and changes shit as we go...anyway here I go again. Just needed to rant. Thanks BTW, I'll only have to pay 1500 out of pocket so I'm trying to keep as many jobs as I can. My boss the VP of the company said they'd pay the other 1500, they're on my side and said my job history speaks for itself. I was thinking if he really feels that way he'd pay all of it, lol! I'll take what I can get. with all that Shelley's hrs got reduced, looses about 50-60 dollars a week = 200 a month and she just started another class for school. Here I go again....I feel better now, lol! |

Odie....just chugging along. We put our Townhome up for sale this week. Fingers crossed the right person wants to buy it in this market. We are in no hurry so just waiting on a contract until we look for ourselves. Ya'll put out the word if you know of anyone that wants a 6 year old 3 story townhouse for $189,900. Anna is growing up faster than I would like. She learns something new everyday. I asked her to give me her "cute face" before I took this pic:
How you been Odie? |

Shred- tell HB I'll see him in March. BS- all is well here. Good to hear from you. I was going to call you the other day but time just slips through my hands it seems. We're just busy as crap with the store and Buell stuff. My winter rush was late in coming in this year and I got flooded all at one time. Can't complain but it takes up a lot of my time. Got a kid in college that is sucking up every dime I have and another getting ready to drive soon. Dang kids sucking up all my cash so I can't stock up on ammo like I should be! You guys looking to move out of town some or what? Can't take the neighbors anymore? Do those 'folks' live next to you still? You were pretty fired up about them last time I talked to you. MB is the 28th and 29th so I'll give you a call when I'm rolling through and maybe we can have lunch again if you're not busy. Later.... |

Oh yea.. cute pic!! Sometimes I wish ours were still that young. They truly are the best years. I look at pictures from when ours were 3 or 4 and it's hard to believe they were really that small. Enjoy..... |

Hey Guys & Gals I'll be traveling to the Lake Park area in a couple of months for school. I was looking at the GOOGLE maps and trying to pick a nice scenic way down instead of Boring 95. I don't want to go too far west and would like to see some good scenic towns as I go south thru Georgia. I haven't decided if I am going to ride or drive down yet it depends on the forecast as I get closer to the travel dates. I'll be coming down in April, getting trained by Lee Parks and Total Control. If you want a truly scenic ride down from Baltimore, start at the top of the Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah National Park and follow it south until it becomes the Blue Ridge Parkway. Follow the BRP all the way down to its end in Cherokee, NC. It isn't the fastest way to get where you're going, but it's beautiful and relaxing. |

I've done that on the XB9SX in 2006 on my way down to Athens Georgia for the AMA womens Conference. Skipped the Skyline drive for the Blue Ridge. I stayed at Bluff's lodge half way down. That trip was great! I'm thinking east of the BRP. If I travel on bike I don't want to do more than 350 miles a day. What I'm looking for are neat historic towns, confederate heritage, swamps you know the stuff us city dwellers don't get to see! K |

Just trying to make this year better than the last Odie. So far so good. Aislin is amazing. She is a dancing machine! And blows my mind how intelligent something that cannot speak can be. Been taking the Georgia Master Gardener class at the State Botanical gardens a couple of nights a week. And am really enjoying that. Bike is overdue for some TLC. I am itching to get it back up and running soon. First package I needed came in the mail today. Gotta file my taxes this weekend and hope my Uncle will cut me a check. |

Stealth- I'm all for making everyday better than the previous. 1 month down- 11 to go. Kids are the greatest. Until they become teenagers..... That class sounds cool. I have been wanting to do a good sized garden for years now but had neither the time nor the acreage. Now we have 10 acres but still no time. Maybe next year I can get one one. What all are they teaching you? Get that bike ready for the Badness! What's wrong with it? I think your Uncle is broke. Be thankful you don't live in California! I'm looking forward to seeing you all again as usual. Any word on lodging this year or is it tent pitch time? |
