My sundays are completely booked for the next month. House renovations, and mucho work to do on my car and my girlfriends car to prepare for our road trip. That's awesome about the Quebec riders. What are the chances they'd stop? Were they pretty cool? |

stopped by Farrows downtown the other day, asked about the water pack. looked at me funny. tried to talk to a salesman about the 1125, wouldn't get out of thier chair. I know that it's an old story but I try to do business with them all the time, and they just give a look like you're asking them for cooking tips. See you guys at Mid-O if not sooner... |

Aye...the box... Well, all of my applicants failed the background check. Apparently driving records come back clean if you couldn't drive for a few years and drug tests come back clean because you can't do drugs because of a PO Officer testing you. Background checks don't lie... If you guys know anyone looking for a parts job in Columbus, by all means, call me. I have openings and I'm a motorcycle friendly employer. |

Mark, You going to be at Nelson's both Saturday and Sunday? It's only about an hour away for me, so I might be able to make it over for a while. Any idea when you'll be racing? |

I hope to be there for friday practice and then about 9am on Saturday. I should run the 2nd race of the day and I think that will be around 12:30 or so. I need to get my tires changed before the race and that always adds some stress to the day. I almost have the WHOLE family coming up to watch and I hope to see ya there. |

How much does that cost? I can't do this weekend. I'm headed south to WV to ride the twisties and see Pops for fathers day and check things out for the WV Buell Rally. |

It's like $15 for test and tune. The amount of runs depends on the amount of people... |

I doubt it... I should spend that time with the kids, and only 25% of them would be interested in Vintage Days. Friday is "free" because my company gives me two paid holidays a year to use for non profits... this will be one of them. A nice benefit, please consider Lexis Nexis for all your legal research needs |

My but is tingling, and my ears are ringing. Probably a 300+ mile round trip, on the bike, and 8 hours of standing and working in between. The Mid Ohio Vintage days event was mind boggling. My head is still spinning. I moved a Vincent Black Shadow off a stage (touched it and everything ), heard an arial square four running, saw more different (and helped move more different) triumphs then I knew existed, and spent a nice 20 minutes talking one on one with Bill Baird (http://www.motorcyclemuseum.org/halloffame/hofbiop age.asp?id=20). A great day of volunteering, and an amazing collection of bikes just idling around. The flea market was entertaining, as were the displays that were there, but just watching the bikes tool around the roads and the tracks was the thing to see! |

did you see that V four thing that was running around? I saw it sat. and it sounded awesome. At first I thought it was a boss hoss the way the four was layed out but it only had four cylinders and was stuffed into a sportbike type frame. Think a moto guzzi with an extra cylinder on each side. Under engine exhuast with some big old throttle bodies between the frame spars. That was the coolest "new" bike I saw. Indians were using harley shirts for oil seepage which I got a chuckle out of. Vintage days are pretty cool, but I didn't get there early enough to do any demos-all filled up by 8:30 in the morn! Going next weekend? My two kids and I will be there either sat or sun or maybe both... |
