His dad said they are going to put a stent in. So it sounds like he is doing pretty good. |

Thought I'd post up some bad news.. last night on I-20 Several folks from SMHD/Granite were going down I-20 when a van served to try to exit from across the far end of the highway I think....don't know the whole story. Anyway Jack Grant is at Grady with broken ribs, ankle and a head injury..? Greg Becker escaped the wreck... Marty MArtin got some road rash, etc. Jimmy Wood's o.k Heard the last guy is customer from SMHD/ Granite and is hurt bad but no news. Thats all I know as of now, so lets keep these folks in or thoughts and prayers. > last night on I-20 Several folks from SMHD/Granite were going down I-20 Oh wow, my heart stopped when I read that because I'd seen the "fatality on I-20" thread over on BSB, but I hadn't read the update that no one was killed. Heal up soon, Jack. Let us know what we can do to help. I have the official 3%er crutches if you need them. |

Reposted from Brad on BSB: Hey everybody, there were no fatalities in last nights crash on I-20. The wreck was caused when an out of state driver in a Ford made a last ditch effort to exit and cut across traffic. When he realized it was too late to make it, he stood on the brakes and swerved back into the pack. Greg Becker, the owner of Stone Mountain/Granite Mountain Harley, avoided the whole thing. Jack Grant, the Business Manager at GMHD, hit the vehicle and broke his ribs, ankle and is now in ICU at Grady with some bleeding on the brain. Marty Martin, the GM at SMHD, suffered a fair bit of rash while his wife has a shattered leg and wrist. The customer was pronounced dead at the scene but is very much alive, I do not know what his injuries consist of. Jimmy Wood gets the lucky dog award as he actually ran over Jack's bike, went airborne and only lost his kickstand. According to Jimmy and the policeman, the driver of the vehicle somehow made it back onto the exit ramp but had two flat tires... |

Glad everyone is healing up! They need to hang the driver by his nuts and let the crew beat him with a stick. |

They need to hang the driver by his nuts and let the crew beat him with a stick. A big stick. Glad Jack's going to be ok. Tell him hi for me, Vicki. |
