Hey, there seems to be activity in this storm front, finally. Can't wait. Great Georgia Air Show on Saturday, Great Smoky Mountains on Sunday! __________________________________________________ Metro Atlanta BRAG Group meets for a ride the 1st Sunday of every month. The usual destination is T.W.O. in Suches, GA for a Burger and tire kicking. Individual or small groups may then venture into the mountains for some more great roads. Meet at the Quick Trip at the intersection of Canton Road and Sixes Road. Exit #11 on I-575. Meet time is 9AM gassed and ready to go. | ||

Still unemployed so mid week would work for me, or plan a Sunday and meet Buellers at TWO then move on to NC for the GAP and WheelsOfTime museum. 25-29 Sep.... Hmmmmm Looks like I don't have anything pressing! hahaha Don't sweat the room stuff Tripper. I stuck V2Win (John C) with a room during the BRAG Deal's Gap event in 2001. It seems the AF was a bit busy and all leaves were cancelled for us. Shit happens....  If your guys don't know...Meatballs in Sylva, NC has terrific Italian food, cold beer, great service and excellent prices. After my last trip to the Gap.... I hate weekends there  DAve ...no technically I was not evading the law. I didn't even know I was being pursued. | ||

Well that was some ride. Had a great time! I had a great view of Tripper and Mike showing us how to fend off the evils of front tire wear. My shifter came loose and had to stop, done did locktite 10 mins after I got home. After we made our good-byes Mike and I went on up to Turner's Corner and over to Cleveland and down back to L'ville, just in time to do the birthday thing with the in-laws (my youngest, Cody turned 9 this weekend). The in-laws...joy of joys...  Next time we won't be so time oriented, and will be able to ride all day, and not just half. Got home and unpacked my camera? Dang it, forgot I even had it with me.  Tripper, that is one NICE bike you've got there. It was really great meeting you and Buellish. I kinda had to talk Mike into coming, I won't have to do that again, as he had a great time also. I've rambled enough. I don't think this side of the Storm Front will be quite so inactive any more... | ||

Oh yeah, and, by the way, I must say thanks to Buellish for the great ride as he showed us some very fun roads. I will be hooking up with you again real soon! I may even remember that I have a camera next time! |
