Steven was tearing up the area around North GA and we crossed his dangerous path at Hot Springs, NC. This man single-handedly tore up amazing amounts of Guiness and Gaelic Ale and swapped tire-kicking stories with us till the wee hours. Upon finding his tent he passed out, only to thunder up to our campsite the next morning to wish us good riding for the day (and show off the road-weary Buell). He calls himself "Dead Duck," have any of you miscreants seen this hooligan?

I encountered said rider at Deal's Gap the following day. He hung with me most of the day and crashed at our rental house that night.

He goes by Deadduck in the 3%ers forums and lives in Stockbridge. I have traded a few emails with him since, but haven't seen him.

That's all I've got.
