Got my fingers crossed for ya. Megadeth would be cool, but I won't be able to make it. Besides, I'm deaf enough already... I've got yet another interview with Accenture in about an hour. This one is on the phone, and is supposed to be an hour long. Wish me luck. When I interviewed face to face, they said it was for an immediate position. That was like four weeks ago...WTF... I guess the corporate wheels grind slowly there, or, they just hire the last guy standing... Ducati said that it was between about four applicants, so I'm still waiting to hear from them. Talked to Jeff yesterday, says he's busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. I'll take either job, first come first serve. Being out of work really sucks. Ann on the other hand, is leaving the animal hospital and going to work as an office manager. More money (w00t!) better hours (w00t!) and no weekends (w00t!) I just did the telephone interview. It was an hour long....sheesh that was a bit much. Never did one quite like that. It wasn't about the job, it was about me, and I have a hard time talking about me. At least that part is over, and from what she said I did well. I think I did well. I'm supposed to hear something about "the next stage in the process" early next week. Man alive this has been one long process! I do hope it's well worth the effort. I do think however I must be doing well. Why else would they invest this much time, right?
