oh yeah, and for those who haven't heard yet, SS and I sold the house and will be closing on March 12th. YAY! the new place is in monroe and I was able to snap a few pics before my camera died. if you EVER need a realtor, call Jimmy's mom Lauree - she sold our house in 2 days!

I wish I could make it down to the barn today to visit with U4euh and 1313 but am unfortunately at the office.
I am going down to New Orleans to build houses with Habitat for Humanity next week and have had a monster time preparing for a week away.

We finally came in at 2:30 this morning, motor is installed and we test fired it with the 9 ecm. It would run but not well.

I am getting another hour or so of sleep before I get up, just letting everyone know we were successful!

Blah. I have a cold, and I'm stuck in the airport. I was already dreading the 5 1/2 hour flight. Now it's been delayed from 7:10 PM to 12:28 AM, and they just announced yet another gate change to an entirely different concourse. This is ass.

Ugh. Brutal. Slept through most of the flight thanks to Dramamine. The descent felt like ice picks shoved through my eardrums, and my left ear still hasn't popped. I spent some quality time in bumper-to-bumper construction traffic (guess they wanted to make me feel at home) before I finally reached the hotel. It is now 3 AM local time, and the rest of the day has nowhere to go but up.
