What winter ,we have not had one in over ten years. I was laughing my butt off listening to the local weather calling it a snow storm. Three inches of snow is not a storm. We have had three foot ,now that would be a storm. It has been zero and below for a week at a time that is winter. All we have now is a few days of cold and then it is spring for a while. If I miss this weekend it will be the only weekend so far. Last year we only missed one weekend in Jan. ,it is the best time ever. Just cold enough to keep the traffic down and warm enough to ride. |

Glitch, let's go hit the mountains Monday if the roads aren't crappy. Jessica and I are meeting up with a bunch of GSB people at noon Saturday at Jocks and Jills by the GWCC. We'll eat lunch and then head into the show. Anyone else want to join us? |

Sam and I maybe going to IMS, not real sure tho. or what day. Nevrenuf, That is called lack of oil changes and a teen girl driving. I wish I had monday off, my J.O.B. is in the toilet. I guess I most disappointed in myself for even going back to Auto Tech work. When I moved here to GA the goal was to get clean and not be a Tech. Well I am no longer a junkie but I am still a tech.... Anyway, Tally sure is getting close, I almost have the camper packed and ready! |

I gave up trying to take good bike pics in the crappy lighting and crowds, so I mostly just shot people yesterday. My GF Jessica: Fran and Hot Bobby: Barker: Nevrenuf: The only good bike shot I took:

Nothing new except that 1125! Man! I can't get over how light that thing is. Shame I don't know what to do with all that power or I would have to divert my lustful attentions from the Firebolt. |

Ducati had some cool stuff. I sat on the 848, and I dug it. My gixxer still feels better, though. I sat on every sport bike I could find, and Suzuki really has the market cornered on the ergos. I thought maybe it was just Buell that lacked sexy controls, but really it's only Suzuki that has them. Buell still owns the customer experience, though. I stopped by and got the cool patch. All Suzuki had were some crappy rubber keychains. |

I sat on everything! I think I left some DNA on the B-King too. That bike fits good! Yes it's ugly, yes it looks like a transformer and yes, I still like it! The 1125R felt real good too. Man, do I wish I had some ailing rich relatives. |

Well we don't have an "Ailing" rich relative but we do have one that kept going back to the 1125 himself, remember?...and he does go out of town, A LOT! We'll have to make sure and be REALLLLLY nice to him when he IS IN town! |

> that shiot is fun and the set lists...killer. Lol, I can guess which song is your favorite. I beat GH3 on medium, but I can't finish even one song on hard. I'm going back through medium to see if I can get 5 stars on everything now. It's tough, though, because I really despise some of those songs. |

Damn - By Jeffrey Jones Mon Jan 21, 8:32 PM ET CALGARY, Alberta (Reuters) - A Canadian man survived 96 hours pinned under his all-terrain vehicle in the Rocky Mountains by eating rotting animal carcasses, drinking melted snow and thinking of his grandchildren, he said on Monday. Ken Hildebrand was trapped face down for four days and three nights in the Crowsnest Pass area of southwestern Alberta, where he tried numerous ways to free himself in below-freezing temperatures. Throughout the ordeal, he kept wolves and coyotes away by blowing on an emergency whistle. "I thought of my family and God and that was it," Hildebrand, a paramedic, told Reuters from his hospital bed in Lethbridge, Alberta. He was finally rescued from the wreck on a little-used trail in the foothills by hikers. Hildebrand, who declined to give his age, was taken to a hospital in the Crowsnest Pass then transferred to Lethbridge, where he has spent the past eight days being treated for leg injuries and frostbite. He said he was checking animal traps on January 8 in an area about 80 miles southwest of Calgary, where ranchers had complained of wolves preying on livestock. The vehicle hit a rock, throwing him off and settling on his legs. He tried into the night to pry the ATV off with an axe that he had on the vehicle to no avail. He also attempted to lift it up by pounding animal bones into the ground, but his awkward position made that impossible too. "So I'm in survival mode now," he said. "I had to use what I had at my disposal." He stayed alive by eating the animals he had collected, although the rotting flesh made him sick, the Calgary Sun newspaper reported. A hospital official said Hildebrand's injuries are not described as life-threatening, but the newspaper, quoting an Emergency Medical Services official, reported that one leg that was pinned might have to be amputated.
