Hey Charlie, Merry Christmas to you! I just got back from 2 weeks down there (well, actually across the river in Belle Chasse). I did find a nice Harley shop in Gretna; not a Buell dealer, but nice for a Harley shop. It's the first non-modern-mega shop that I've seen in a long time, but it was PACKED with bikes. |

Well I hoped everyone had a good Christmas, I sure did. Despite the fact that I was sick with sinus issues Christmas eve. I got an Toro Electric leaf blower, this thing is fun as hell, makes quick work of my yard and blows out the gutters really easy.
Anyway I've added some transparency to the logo, rounded the edges, make it look nicer I guess. I've tried moving the Pegasus to the other side but its just too large, doesn't fit right. So if anyone doesn't have any objections we'll go with these?

Go for it Guell, maybe you can do more things that I can.

Looks good Guell, I like the rounded edges on the thumbnail version, it just "looks" better with rounded edges against this background.
It has to be a gif Image to have rounded edges, I can do that, or maybe you can?
I like the idea of a February ride sounds good. This morning it was 27F with 20 mph winds, it was pushing the limit of what I will ride in. Tomorrow is expected to be even colder, we'll see how that goes. Good thing I store my bike inside my house because it wouldn't start if the bike was below freezing. It was 54 when I left work and it took it a few more minutes to "warm" up when leaving from work after it sat outside all day. |

i can round the edges or you can, doesnt matter to me, photoshop is still a little clunky since i havnt used it in 3 years. Yeah, im going to try and ride tomorrow, wonder how the carb is going to like the weather. Luckily, like you, my bike is garaged. |

Bought a larger manta tank for the m2 today, should be an improvment over the 120 mile range of my old tank. Hopefully it will match up nicely with the small tail section.
Fudd, i should be able to round out the edges on that tonight. |

if no one has any objections we'll use these?
I just think the rounded edges are better suited for the thumbnail version. My opinion, I like it, simple, serves its point. I wonder what it takes to register on Buell's website as a riding group(club)? Several other clubs on this site are registered there. |

Why not fudd, i would consider us a riding group.
Thanks for rounding those corners, i dont know when i would have gotten to it, was scratching my head in photoshop. Nothing is simple in that program. |

I know, its like you need to go take a class just to learn basic functions in PS. One thing is that it needs to be a GIF file as that supports transparency's and JPGS don't.
I was just thinking about trying to reach more people in SC for riding, the more the merrier right? I would think most Buell owners would Browse the owners section of Buells website. |

How about some pics of the manta tank and tail section.
Has anyone taken their Buell to AMerican Biker in Charleston to have it worked on?
I've met the head of their service dept, JP and he seems like a nice guy but I wanted to know if any of you had any experience with this particular shop.
I want to have my front end rebuilt and I think the clutch is about to sh#t the bed.

Ill get them up soon, just got done installing it. Looks great, but im now looking for a buell select seat and tail section from a 99+ cyclone. This tiny seat is killing me. Pics to come soon! |

If you operate under the "KISS SYSTEM" as in Keep It Simple Stupid you do not have mountains made out of mole hills as in have one person responsible where everyone should be responsible over the whole state ...
The oldest date that "i" have on a South Carolina BUELL Riders E-MAIL List is 4MAY06 which before this was just a bunch of names on a piece of paper of who to ride with when my relatives lived in Columbia ...
If anyone found a new BUELL rider he or she was supposed to let everybody else know so they could up-date their own South Carolina BUELL Rider E-MAIL List ...
This was supposed to cause everyone to be looking for new BUELLers in their respective areas and up-date there list and e-mail it to everyone ...
