It would be nice to come up with some kind of plan to make money. Looks like as smart as we all are we could do something. |

I remember a while back there was a building available on Beaver Ruin Rd. that I had my eye on. I wanted to buy it, turn it into a liquor store and name it Beaver Liquors. You guys could expand on that and name it Shakey Beavers, with the liquor store in the back, called Shakey Beaver Liquors!! ok.. I'll just stop now. |

Takes money to make money... I've always lived paycheck to paycheck. I'm good at juggling bills, most of the time. |

I've always lived paycheck to paycheck. I'm good at juggling bills, most of the time. I think about 80% of Americans do, it's just how we are I guess. We are trying so hard no to, but it seems to always be that way. } Heck, I know a guy that makes about $120,000 a year and he lives pay to pay. It's crazy, but true. |

Hummm, Sanchez, I think Kdan may have you beat as far as bike owning. He has 4 and his name is on both my SV's. I could be mistaken but I do believe Smoke is the winner. I think he has 11 (or maybe it's 8, TOTAL and 3 ridable) 8 ridable and 3 project bikes....or something like that. Ya know, something to piddle with when he's not fixin' Heli-choppers. |

You laugh, but it wouldn't be the first bike shop with a bar and a tattoo parlor. |

> Speaking of SV's, Dan, I should have yours in pieces by Sunday! Parting the old gal out? > wow, looks like i need to reintroduce myself! Welcome back to the land of the living. Since it's the hot topic today, I'll ask how your job search went. Did you find another auto tech position, or are you photographing full time now? > I've always lived paycheck to paycheck. I've really been trying to fix that for the past couple of years. I do pretty well in the early months of the year when the previous year's bonus comes in, but it gets harder and harder as December approaches. Property taxes, the ad velorum birthday unpresent, and Christmas really wipe me out. I think my saving grace will be my retirement funds. I've been stashing away 15% of my paycheck pretax for as long as I've been able. I never see the money, so I just live within the lower take-home, and I don't know what I'm missing. I'm looking forward to next year because I have all the lenses, guns, appliances, bikes and cars I need to keep me happy for a good long while, and I shouldn't have to blow the bank on anything major. |

Let me re-introduce myself.....My name is Black_sunshine and I use to be a poster in this thread. MAN! Life is hectic right now. I barley have time to read the thread about every 10 days. No way to catch up. Hope everyone is well and healing from the looks of things. Work is rocking except there is plenty of work but we are not getting paid from these f&%@ing insurance companies....bla, bla, bla. Wishing everyone a Happy Holidays and a very Buell Xmas because I probably want post again for a while. We are attempting to fly to Pa for Xmas with Anna. Should be interesting. I had a shimmer of hope for a motard at the first of the year but We're drowning in diaper and daycare bills (1K per month). So maybe later. Being a Dad is the best thing in the world. Odie...I din't forget about ya..I'll call today. Shred.....congrats man, thats awesome. I knew you when. "Lean or die" I will never forget. Chuckie and Sam.....hope things are going well with Mini-New12R All the rest of you Hooligans..... Anyway...I try to catch up here in the next few days. Here is my baby girl:

Good to hear from you Will! Great pictures, she is a Beauty!! I guess I could give an update on us as well. As some of you may know, Melissa and I are fostering a little girl, her name is Shelby. We have had her since May (she was 3mo old), she is now 10mo. We are hoping to adopt Shelby. Well, we have gotten one step closer to adoption this past week. On Wednesday, there was a TPR (Termination of Parental Rights) hearing, and the Judge ordered the termination in our favor. Now we just need to wait on a 2 week appeal period to pass. Then we can begin the Adoption process. This should take around 3 months. Once the adoption is final, we are going to change Shelby's name (Shelby is actually her middle name now). We are going to make Shelby her first name, and Melissa wants to make her middle name Grace... So, as humor would have it, when all is said and done, we are going to have a Shelby G.T... lol! |
