Hey guys I am back in town I will make the ride assuming my fork seal is repaired by then. I am looking for a good used 650 Dual sport maybe an XR Honda? If anyone hears about one. Maybe turn the Buell into a track bike. Just kidding! |

Man, as much fun as that sounds, I'd hate to get the tape goo all over everything. So, I think I'll bow out of this one. I'll check for pics, if there are any worth while I'll throw them up. |

just wondered if there was some mieracle brand...and im pretty sure i should probably lube the cable, i have yet to do it after 3600 miles Also Mike, are you able to peel and mount tires with your setup? Im either going to need to send my bike off to the shop for tire mounting soon or pull the wheels to send off somewhere or something...i'd rather not take it to HDHD for anything i dont have to......so if your up for helping me out when the time comes i will gladly do something to make it worth your while.....i am going to try to not have to deal with the tires till after winter but i dont know for sure how much longer they are going to last.....kissing tread bars right now... |

I've just got some PJ1 lube, it seems to work just fine. Yes, I do have everything needed to dismount, mount, and balance. So, when the need arises let me know, I'll help however I can. |

well it looks like i wont be needing to bother with my tires until spring since there is not really much good riding season left so i will have to hit you up next spring for some help peeling my tires....you ought to be ready to ride by then too right Mike? P.S. I think we need to round up a few more Buell Enthusiast for next season and get a few more V-Twin rides planned out. |

So, does anyone have interest in going to the World Superbike races next June? I will be buying my tickets soon. Check it out at www.millermotorsportspark.com Let me know what you think. Oh, and I'll be driving there, that ride really sucks. |

Hey guys, I was up at Bogus for a Mt. bike ride last Sunday and there is a lot of new sand that has been dumped on the upper part of the road. I will let you know on the super bike race Mike. Do you have a new baby yet? Any rides coming up? |

As a matter of fact we do have our new edition to the family. Christian was born on Monday the 1st, he weighed 6lb 13oz, and is healthy as an ox. He as his mother are both doing great. I'm finally getting around to putting the bike back together, and making some improvements while I'm at it. So, it shouldn't be too terribly long before its on the road again. |

Anybody know when the 1125r will roll into high desert? Anyone have their name on one? Just wondering how many we'll see on the roads this spring. Thinking about getting one, maybe trading my Ss in... |

Yup, me too. Though I would love the extra grunt, I definitely don't need it. But, if they come out with a good looking S model, that would be a different story. |

Curiousity got the best of me. I went down and talked to them today. Should be coming in the first couple weeks of November. Everyone I talked too is really excited to see one in person. Guess one of the guys in caldwell rode one and has nothing but praise. Hmm.... |

Was looking at the 1125, but after investing so much in the Ss. I had decided to keep up the efforts and possibly go with a big bore kit, little down the line but in the works, besides its fun hoppin up what you got. |

The bikes at the trackday were pre-production mules, and they had a couple of kinks to work out. We were assured that everything would be worked out by the time production starts. I think that Buell did a really smart thing by making journalists and enthusiasts test riders. They have said that they learned quite a bit about the bike from the rogering that everyone gave them. I wouldn't worry about much of anything, they are the cat's meow. |

Hey nate, thought i would post my impression of the 1125r. After taking my bike out for the first session at Miller I parked it and road the 1125r for the rest of the day. I like the looks of it, kind of Stealthy. The quality seemed good especially considering the beating they had been through. Ergos were great even for my long arms & legs, handling is spot on Buell no sur prises there. the power is impressive & smooth it pulls strong between 4k to 8k RPM I pegged it at 10.5k in 6th gear several times, Smokin fast probably the fastest I have been on 2 wheels. Now before you think I am selling these things It will not be my next bike. If I was always on the track or hitting 125MPH+ on every straight on the Hwy (and collecting the tickets) this is the bike. Now when the S or sport touring? model comes out who knows. For now I still have a thing for my dinosaur bike! |
