Alright alright... I've been meaning to sit down a scratch out those ideas anyway.
Have had plenty of time too. Still haven't gotten my bike back. From the ESTIMATE! Who knows how long it would take for em to put it back together!?!?
I'm gonna just do it myself. After all, who's more concerned with it being right; some guy who does it for a living, or some guy who depends on it to keep on living?
Most of the parts I need have arrived, and the rest are coming. Should only need one or two little things from the dealer.
I've turned into an eBay-•••••! ...so...much...stuff...must...buy...it...all... |

eBay got me a few other times, but i'm weaning myself off of it. I run a search for "Buell" see all the stuff I could conceivably buy, click 'watch this item' and then sit back and watch the emails come in everytime a bidder hits it.
the damn auctions always end right as i'm on my drive home from work! never fails. in the 15 mins between the base and the house, whatever i wanted gets snatched up.
managed to snag up enough little farkels to make me happy though, so in truth, i'm only playing around there. besides... now i'm broke!
and as far as the warden; i escaped! so if you know a really hot chick that likes dumb guys with motorcycles, let me know! i'm in the market.
I cleaned up my room after the move and found my sketch book, so maybe next week i'll get some ideas sketched out for this damn Cabo-Logo. Joe had an idea at the meeting and I'll whip something up with that. |

I'm not real sure that it's all bad luck. Unless another word for stupidity is "bad luck". And thanks for bringing up the fact that I probably WILL lay it down again...
I tend to bring these things on myself.
But I'll never be that guy that gets buried and gets called "boring".
I actually get up your way quite often and pass through Delta when I do it, so getting a ride in should be easy enough. I've even looked for your bike outside cruising through town. Check out the thread about the Routes, you'll see my ride on there.
I'll be getting every day off soon when I switch to nights, and that'll free up Friday & Saturday nights! Woohoo! I'll be everywhere.

Just looked at the sketches (which were very good BTW - Sorry Pete). I'm just not seeing it (the rider on the Pegasus) as a logo.
What happened to the VA mods? Unfortunately I'm also having a difficult time incorporating the VA seal (it is not very graphic) into the Pegasus logo design.
Looks like I need to spend some time "back at the drawing board" - literally...
