911 girl, welcome! Sorry I did not say that in the posting before. You and your husband should join us on our Super Splash ride on July 18, 19, and 20th. Great group of people, you will never forget! Our plans start on Friday the 18th at Horseshoe Lake Park in Woodland, WA, we will be doing the BBQ thing, and some are talking about bringing boats to enjoy the water. Saturday the ride kicks off at the park at 9 am ish. We have 2 rides one long and one short, both will put you in Packwood, WA for the night. Sunday the 20th we will having a Thundercross at a park near Packwood. If you have never seen or done Thundercross you have to try this! Challenges your riding skills and is a hoot of a time. For hotels for the weekend you can call: Be sure to tell them you are with the SPLASH Group Friday night in Woodland: Econo Lodge 1.800.444.9667 or Lewis River Inn 1.800.546.4344 Saturday in Packwood: Crest Trail Lodge 1.800.477.5339 Contact Shauna I booked the whole motel if it is full, Cowlitz River Lodge 1.888.305.2185 I hope that you both can make it. Like Deb said we need more girl riders! Deb sorry to hear about you having to cancel on the all girls ride. Might be better for me if I stay close to home for now anyways. We will get something together sometime soon. We do have to put those special times that our kids bring us at the top of the priority list! Wish me luck tomorrow! I go to the doc to firm up some dates on when I can get back on the Suz! Loni |

For those of you that are SPLASH planners. I have been doing the run from Woodland up to 503 once a week now for the past 2 months. The first few miles of road is getting pretty bad and it looks as if there is going to be some major road construction taking place in the very near future. Just wanted to give ya a heads up! Jim |

So BOB and I are both running late on thursday eve., getting ready for the RAT ride to e. WA. god damn jobs anyway. But then we were off to Chuck and Theresa's frankly amazing home. Cool arty stuff every where there wasn't cool books or photos... Then in the morning we took the ferry into Seattle , and drank coffee as we gazed at bikes and stuff as the group coalesed. Soon we were on the way over my new favorite pass, North Casscades Hiway. There were a jillion riders, but our group was BOB and Debbie, Chuck and Theresa, Green Eric , Betty and me. And let the Wild Rough-House begin! was the theme for Saturday's ride. We went up. We went down. We went left AND right, with careless abandon! Two short rain falls. One more a little too long. Deffinatly my personal best day of riding! We all scored rather nicely at the schwag-fest after dinner that night. Me, new t-shirt and $100. carbon-knuckle gloves, Debbie got an XXL shirt she couldn't give away, Chuck and Theresa won a nice pair of cold weather gloves and a bitch'en balaclava 'to-the-max'. But Eric was the schwag king with a rolling cooler, and a VERY nice Techno bakpak. nice... We stoped for a moment at the old gold mining ruins on Bluitt Pass.Long enough to know we wanted to come back and bring more time. Found somethings rib cage befor we left... Well that only touches a few of the high spots on our trip. Left out rattlesnakes, Big Bull sex and a multitude of twinkleing details that would only make you cry because you weren't there too. Betty made a good showing as the only Buell, 'specialy since no truck was used by her AT ANY TIME on this trip... funny noises aside... I can't wait to get back over there! sooner, Galen

Galen, Bob, Debbie, Chuck, Theresa & Eric - you all SUCK! Damn it all I wanted to be on that ride! Sounds like it was a lot of fun. I can't wait to see you guys at SPLASH if not before. Sweet Pea and I got out twice last week. Nothing fancy just a few short rides while running errands. I love her! Good job on the score Eric, Shwag King - eh! Kimberlie |

With Bob's help, and Galen's cable ties, I was able to fit my winnings on the bike and my back. Everyone seemed pretty cheerful Sunday morning. |

Oh yes, the life of a Motorcycle extravaganza go-er. What a cool ride with lots of sights and fast twisty roads!! Eric, glad to see the freight made it home in one lump. It was kinda funny. Mike, what day is the Thundercross? I need to side and roof the new addition to the house but I think we know where our priorities go in times of need. Wink, wink! I think Galen scuffed in the rims on his buell Saturday and he's a happy boy. Anyone else going to Portland to the Thundercross this weekend? In The Rain Forest, Bob

Bob- I'm not sure when Thundercross is happening? I thought I heard someone say the 7th. Maybe the powers to be could shed some light on the facts. If the Harley/Buell crowd are up to letting us play ball in their park Cody and I will be there. Chris, Loni, Shotgun, Roc, Gumby??? Can we come shwag? Mike |

Thunder Cross at Destination Tigard is off for June. Lagging interest on Ed Jr's part maybe? Just too busy to get a parking lot booked? Not sure. He did say Buell sales were very disappointing this spring. Course it looks like all new salespeople too, guess the old ones got too comfy on their salaries, not hungry enough for commissions. Our BRAG club is looking at a Father's day ride. Maybe pre-route some of the Splash roads. All are welcome. |

Well, I just read the bad news... the girls ride is cancelled. BUMMER! Well, Deb I can totally respect the reason for cancelling. Kids take priority and that's that. And hey, I can't complain too much cuz I leave tomorrow for the 1st Canadian BRAG touring rally. WOO!HOO! John and I are doing the ride, while Don stays home being Super Dad (what a great guy huh?) Come on everyone, let's give Don a big hand for letting little wifey have some freedom on the road! Should be a great ride, the weather is fantastic. We head up Whistler for the night. Then do Duffey Lake over to Kamloops, Banff and finally Calgary for some SuperBike racing. Alright! Well good thing the ride is 5 days long and hey, my butt will probably be sore after one. LOL. Have a great weekend people. And do me a favour, check on my site every now and then, make sure it's still up and running. (Thanks!) BCrider.com Ride on... |

Well!, leave it to Desperation to drop the ball! Buell sales down? Huh who'd a thought. Did everyone get the big sales pitch from BMC? I think there sending sales brochures to everyone who owns a Buell and every one that used to own one. Loraine, is Dons Bike running? WTFO? Well hell, Thundercross is a wash, the all girls ride is a wash (or set back), the Splash route may have construction, Buell sales aren't so good at Desperation, Fired all the sales jerks (heee heee), I'm thinking we need a road trip!! Ya, spur of the moment. So where? In The Rain Forest, Bob
