He charged us up, but I'm not convinced it's really working the way it should. I found a leak on the return, someone sometime taped it with that metal tape... Ace and A was out last Summer and charged us for I don't know what, he was right beside the leak... Shit Anyway... The front axle turns the "wrong" way to loosen and tighten. And he aint just whistling dixie! It took me about 25 minutes of cussing and grunting to get the front wheel back on. The trick is to rotate the right side fork just so, while dropping the wheel in from above, while holding your left foot at a 27.3 degree angle off of true magnetic north on a thrusday afternoon at precisely 2:16 pm while an unladen swallow passes overhead. Always be sure to note that Eastern Standard Time is one hour ahead while working on the front forks. Rear doesn't matter so much, just make sure you're not working on the bike on any day of the week that doesn't end in Y, or you're •••••••   Kdan Posted on Wednesday, August 08, 2007 - 07:46 am:        You guys with the front caliper problems...I've never had any issues removing my front caliper, either taking the wheel off, or just the caliper to change the brake pads. You just have to watch what you're doing and ever so gently, ease it out the way it wants to go. I've never removed the fender, or loosened the fork, or forked a swallow or nuthin. I'm gonna try to be at the Hooters on my way home. Watch for the KLR on the sidewalk. It's only an extra $10 for them to take the wheel off and put it back on.
