I have not personally ridden to OKC. There are a few here from that neck of the woods though. Chase (Nasty73) is from Stillwater and Brian (B_bueller) is from the OKC area. There are at least 10 of us here in Tulsa that ride Buell's. Its about time I round everybody up again and we go for a ride or something. Keep an eye on your email in the next week or so. If I don't have it, be sure to PM it to me. Drake |

I buy all new parts from HD. The only thing I did not put new on this bike was the front wheel, I already had it, is has a little rash at the edge. I figure finished it is worth about $5000 close? '04 model, 13K miles. Or, trade it, or ride it. That's half the price of a new one. Why, do you want one? Later on, I'd like to buy a damaged one and fix it for a spare when I have company over. I am possibly going to be working at a dealership soon, so I may be able to pick one up from there. |

Drake - I work third shift and fri nights, so a weekend ride (if it starts before around noon on sat) is out for me. I noticed you sold your 9s (i saw where you posted it on speed-tribe) and i saw the pics of you at hallet (sp?) on their site too. Your bike looks good, and im sure it surprised a few of them! Pm me if you guys get together, and ill try to come up for a ride sometime. |

Charles, Yes the XB9SX is sold, but a guy in OKC and a member of Speed Tribe bought it. His name is Keith and I believe his screen name is Exdcpopo. |

Probably no riding for me either. Gotta finish of some repairs on the bike. I have a clanking sound I cannot track down. The left side case is off right now. So I was at the track day at Heartland Park in Topeka, KS and a guy comes up to me and says HI and to my amazement it was Brian (B_bueller) from OKC. The guy rode all the way to Topeka from OKC to say hi and watch a couple of sessions! I didn't hardly recognize him or his bike. He has done a lot of things to change his bike up. Its on of the best looking Firebolts I have ever seen. Lots of BLACK! Thanks again Brian for stopping by! |

Hey Drake, I was glad you where there. I wanted to see Heartland Park, and fellow Buellers beating the ricers around the corners. Heartland park was cool, looks like the long straits put the buell at a disadvantage. Get the same guys at Hallett and the outcome will change. Sorry I couldn't stay long, I wanted to get to Eureka springs and do the twistees before nightfall. That day was four states and 682 miles, next day was take the bags off and do the twistees and back home on Wendsday.(just under 1000 miles round trip) I hope you find the clunking noise in the compensator nut and not elseware. When you are in the primary ck the crankshaft end play. Keep us posted to your findings. Also if you need a TPS reset or tire change/ballance I have the stuff, and that gose for any Oklahoma Buellers. Brian B. |

Yes the No-Mar jr. I mounted it to the floor in the work shop, so far I've changed three sets of wheels with no scratches. But the balancing takes time to get it right. |

Hey all! I'm over in Joplin, MO at Cycle Connection H-D to get my bike worked on. I met Josh Cox and John (Buell tech) at Hallet a while back and they were both really nice guys. John is no longer working here but they have 3 or 4 certified Buell techs. Josh gave me a full tour of the dealership, showed me a stunt Firebolt they just completed, their XBRR in pieces, test rode the TT and got a sling bag. Anyway, wanted to let you all know of an event that we should all attend: June 9th (2 weeks from today) they are having a "Buell Bust Out" event from 8am-5pm. They will have a skills track competition (smaller battletrax) and a dyno shootout with prizes awarded. It only costs $15 to enter both! Plus free food and live music. I plan on attending it and it would be great to get a group together and come out. It is probably a 2 hour ride from Tulsa, so you boys need to get off your asses and join in! Seems like we never can get anything organized. Post up if your in! We need to get a list and organize a plan to meet up and ride out from. |

Oh and the tech found that my #1 ignition wire had rubbed the underside of the rear shock reservoir and was grounding against it. Bike runs like a BEAST now. The Drummer actually performs now, a WOT second gear shift had me carrying the front wheel for about 30 feet. Got to love torque! |

Medic, Went for a little ride last night. The clank sound was still there, but I am not as worried about it anymore. It must not be too serious of a problem because the bike runs great. Thanks again for all your help! Boy do I wanna do this Joplin event!!! ...but my brother in law gets married that weekend. I'm out. |

Do you need just the insert (the grater) itself? If so then sure, I have no use for it. |

It is at Cycle Connection H-D, see the flyer posted above. I am probably going to organize a ride out of OKC, then meet the Tulsa people there and ride to Joplin. No map needed, take the turnpike the whole way there, exit 6 in MO. It is a 3 hour ride from OKC, so probably around hour and a half from Tulsa. |

Nasty, all I need is the grater insert itself, and the screws if you can. I'll pay shipping. |
